Me and my mum stayed here for 11days. When we arrived we were dropped off at the bottom and didn’t have a clue what we were doing.
The hotel is stunning, lovely pools, lots of room, very clean. Nice food as well.
Entertainment team were great.
I’m a teenager and because the resort is quiet there wasn’t much for me to do in the day time apart from eat and sunbathe. Most people who stay here are from many different countries, and there are not alot of English, so I found it hard to talk to people!
The nightlife was great because we found the Beez Neez bar up the hill. It was great; sky TV, cheap deals on drinks, great bar staff Chris and Jamie, and met some great people there.
Nice beach and nice all night festival on it. Nice restaurants and a good little Spar.
Amazing Weather. Overall an enjoyable holiday, and well worth the money, I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel caters for Germans before British; all activities are in German and no attempt to communicate in English is made by any staff members.
We were half board for 1 week and the food was not nice at all, for breakfast there were burgers! Evening meal did not include a drink of even water.
Porto Colm itself is more for the elderly. 3 or 4 restaurants and pubs, no night life at all. We hired a car and enjoyed the holiday as we stayed out most days Cala D’or and Alcudia a must see.

WE read some dodgy reviews about the Hotel Club Cala Marsal and were glad we ignored them. The Hotel was wonderful:
- Very Clean (maids were lovely)
- Very Friendly (all staff including restaurant, reception, cleaning staff, security and of course kid's staff)
- Very Good Food
- Very Good facilities
- Very Goos links
It was great. We stayed with a 2 year-old, had 3 days of thunder and lightning (sun for other 11) and we still didn't get bored. There are buses to Palma and all other places from the bottom of the drive, the beach is a mere 3-5 minute walk, and you are well catered for by bars, shops and restuarants. There's even an eroski supermarket within 15 mins walk too. I cannot emphasise how nice the staff were, the other guests were great too, mostly French and German (which we prefer than a hotel full of brits), other than one or two overly serious French women-it was great!!! My daughter had something to eat every night and Loooovvvveeedddd the mini-disco people (who spoke fluent English/German/French/Spanish. They also added nice touches of great service - which I won't mention here as you'll get jealous if you don't get them!
We've been to Majorca many times before (even stayed 200 yards away from this hotel - and never knew it was there) and we will definiately return. I cannot understand where the people who have complained are coming from. Plus saying a few Spanish words is hardly a hardship. All I can say is that my mother and father-in-law didn't speak any Spanish to the staff and they were treated like royalty.
A great place for a great holiday.
