I went for a week, and I was quite relunctant after reading previous reviews on this website, however I think it is actually prety decent, you get exactly what you pay for; the food can be quite repetitive but never really disappointed me, and there was enough activities to... more

Being two women under the age of 25 we knew the hotel would not be as lively as an 18-30 holiday, but this hotel could not have been more boring! The apartments were nice, with a big balcony and were cleaned well. The food was horrible. We paid for all inclusive and other... more

Dec.09 Have just returned from these awful apartments. Stayed as a family with three children. The apartment was filthy and a real health hazard. We were shown another one but that was in the same condition. Damp walls, flaking paint, mold on rotting window sills. The... more

This was sold to me as a recommended 4* hotel. It would be lucky to reach a 2*!!!! The room was clean but very very basic with no utensils to make a brew and doors hanging off!!! It reminded me of a 18-30 accomadation!!! The breakfast was hideous as war the bar food as my... more

I will never book with Thomas cook or stay in a Globalia hotel again. Apologies for beginning this review with such a bold statement but it really needs to be made clear. My Husband and I went to Thomas Cook a few weeks prior to our wedding and explained that we would like... more

Do not go to these apartments. While the staff were very friendly and helpful the place is a dump. We stupidly locked up our money, passports, return flight tickets, in the safety deposit box in our room. On returning from a day away, we were horrified to find our apartment... more

Do not go to these apartments! When we arrived and looked in the apartment we noticed the bathroom window would not shut, we notified the receptionist who said the technician would fix it in 20mins - 2days later the window was fixed. The rooms were not cleaned regularly... more

Fantastic
We have now been to the Tequise Golf hotel in Costa Tequise three times and have enjoyed it so much that we have booked again for this year. The staff are consistantly the most courteous, helpful and pleasant people you could ever wish to meet. The rooms although relatively basic, are spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard at all times. The pool is excellent and again kept spotlessly clean and maintained on a daily basis. The food in the restaurant is prepared and presented to an excellent standard on a buffet... more
Not as bad as everyone makes out!!!
My partner and I have just returned from a week's holiday in Costa Teguise, and stayed at the Teguise Golf. We both thought it was absolutely fine!! In fact, higher standards that we were originally made to believe! We had an absolutely fantastic roof/veranda apartment, with amazing views from our bedroom that looked out onto the mountains. Okay, it's not the sort of apartment you could relax in of an evening as the settee/furniture is not really ideal as very basic, but hey if you are like us then you'd be out every night! It was extremely... more
Brilliant hotel and staff
we arrived with 5 adults and our grandson, one of the adults was my father who is 89 years old. The rooms were always clean and tidy the house keeping staff were always pleasant and very efficient, reception staff were pleasant and helpful as were the staff in the restaurant and bars we could not fault them in any way. The pools were kept clean, my wife went for an indian head massage and was very pleased. The weather was excellent there was always a nice warm breeze. we shall return later this year
Ideal for Us
My wife and I stayed for one week in the Teguise Golf and found it very acceptable. Pleasant and helpful reception (24 hours); pool bar/cafe doing snack lunches with friendly staff; used the Restaurant one evening as we were self catering and enjoyed unlimited buffet for under £7 ! The apartment hotel was quiet so the pool was never too busy. Our room was just as expected (I checked out facilities on internet in advance) with everything we needed. Regularly cleaned and resupplied with sheets/towels. We overlooked the road but this gave us... more
Very basic self-catering
Just returned from a week self-catering at the Teguise Golf Apartments. We booked late so were quite happy with the deal that we got. If we had paid full price I would have been very disappointed. The 30 minute transit time from the airport is ideal and the English girl that checked us in was helpful and efficient. The tiled entrance and marbled reception area suggested a high standard of accomodation but frankly the apartments were very basic (kettles and toasters had to be HIRED from the reception and the two pots we had were more... more
good holiday
We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the golf teguise apts Lanzarote. The apartments are well furnished and clean, maid service daily. We went for the all inclusive option which was well worth the money although the lunch time menu was only burger and chips unless you went to the sister hotel down the road( the Lanzarote bay150m)where you could have a three course meal. all you need is a ticket from reception. The entertainment was ok with bingo, childrens disco, and local entertainment, the childrens rep Johan was... more
Teguise Golf ..... Absolutely Fine
We have just returned from an 11 night stay at the Teguise Golf, before we went we had read a number of reviews on Tripadvisor, the majority of which were less than complimantary. However I am at a loss as to what their gripes were, lets face it this is only a 3*** rated accommodation - what do you expect...THE RITZ ? This was our 10 th visit to Lanzarote and one of the most enjoyable. We had read compliants about the cleaning & towel/linen replacement, the maid changed our towels 5 days out of 7 and the linen was changed 3 times during... more
Ughhhhhhhhhh
I have just returned from a two week stay at the Teguise Golf Hotel and it was definately one of the worst holidays I have taken We boooked in and were given a key and a map of the complex and left to find it ourselves, we did and when we walked into the aprtment we were a little dismayed but didn't want to go on first impressions so decided to make the most of it. We opened the curtains to find that our bedroom was in front off the stairs for the two floors above us and at night we could have joined in the chatter of all of those that... more
Good family hotel
We have just returned after spending a week self catering in Easter at the Teguise golf. The hotel was almost empty only 60 guests staying in the complex which was great as they upgraded us from a 1 bed to a 2 bed apartment and no problem using any of the hotel facilities e.g sun loungers. The pool was very clean and well maintained, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only ate once in the hotel restaurant, the food was good but there wasn't much atmosphere there so ate out every night. The room was clean except for the ants which... more

WE stayed here in july 2004 for 7 days, after arriving at 11pm we were issued our room keys and sent round the wrekin to actually find our dingy ground floor room with a delightful view of a bush and a main road. We slept in here for one night after being woke uop by the cleaner entering our room at 8am, and after finding cockroaches in the shower i had had enough, along with our belongings we went down to reception to ask for a room change. The receptionist wasn't very helpful she threw another key at me and of we set in search of our new... more
