Lantiana Gardens Hotel Apartments

I really enjoyed my holiday here! The people are amazing and have lots of interesting stories and tips for places to visit. Our tour rep Adam was a perfect gentleman and both myself and my friend really enjoyed his company!
Jeff the local party animal was also mildly amusing and has many a funny story to tell!
All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the apartments were very clean and tidy...i must say a big thank you to the cleaning staff who even washed our dishes when we were hung-over!
Ayia Napa was brilliant and is well suited to both families and youngsters and with Protaras being only a short taxi ride/hop on the bus away, we found it very useful (busses run from the strip until 11 - just make sure you are standing at the right stop as the strip is one way!) I will mention that as said by previous customers. Things in Cyprus don't come cheap and the shops in Protaras are a bit gifty but hey you can't have it all and with excursions to other shopping towns then it wasn't really a problem!
If you are taking teenagers be aware that the bars are very lax with their drinking rules and they will get served alcohol pretty much anywhere! although we found that they were very well behaved nevertheless!

Myself and 2 other friends (we are all 21 and female) visited Lantina in July 06 and we loved it. The nightlife in Protaras is quite low key but the bars are lovely and we didn’t have one bad meal. The hotel was absolutely spotless and our rooms were cleaned everyday and sheets changed most days.
The staff are very friendly and will try their best to help you with anything (I realised on my last day that they cleaners had accidentally taken one of my white towels mistaking it for theirs but they made sure they got it back for me) If like us you fancied a bit of a late night, Ayia Napa is just up the road and is a much better night out than we had expected, the staff at Lantina didn’t even mind us coming in at early hours!
Fig tree bay beach is beautiful with clean sand and clear water and brilliant water sport’s and the restaurants are lovely, we would recommend promises and Romeo’s on the strip and there is a section half way down the strip called Eden square, the Greek restaurant there was lovely and we ended up visiting it twice.
We only stayed for a week which was a huge regret but would definitely recommend Lantina and Protaras to anyone. The only thing I will mention is pricing out there is about the same as the UK just incase you expect it to be a bit cheaper.

My daughter and I spent 7 night self catering at the Lantianan, Portarus. The staff were always polite and helpful, the bar and restaurant were basic but comfortable.
It is just ten minutes walk from the famous Figtree Bay, bars and restaurants. We arrived 3am on the Monday morning tired after a long day. The gentleman on the reception was very welcoming and settled our group in quickly and efficiently. He was very helpful and we were all asked if we required bottles of water.
It was one of the most well maintained, cleanest self catering hotel/apartments I have been to, very well equipped microwave kettle toaster etc all of which was clean and in good working order. The air conditioning was included in the price and not a extra charge which I have experienced in other hotel/apartments.
Everyday the maids came in, the sheets and towels were changed every other day sometimes everyday. When you came in after a day on the beach you could tell they had been in, everything clean and tidy, floors washed an even dishes left on the side washed and put away. The entrance and reception area was immaculate. When sitting on the balcony in the mornings having breakfast we always saw someone sweeping the car park and tennis courts.
The little shop was stocked well enough for your convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints. I would certainly stay there again and can recommend the Lantiana to anyone and have done to my friends.

Me my wife and child just got back from Lantiana gardens and had to put a review in the place was fantastic our son was taken to hospital first day and the help and assistance we received was amazing the hotel was spotless staff were great and couldn’t do enough for you.
The hotel is in a great location with just short walk to the bars and restaurants the food in the hotel was great as well its all round lovely place after a terrible holiday the year before it really was a nice change if any of the staff read this you should be proud of the way you work will definitely be going back.

as...well…FANTASTIC, he is just a laid back a normal 42 year old guy that does not intimidate anyone but would calmly and professionally get you involved in things as he is cool about the fact its YOUR holiday, when I first arrived I he came up to me and we had a full on chat he found out that it was, my wife’s birthday on the 20th of August. Andy, on that day was superb in the fact that he got the hotel guests together and we all sung happy birthday to Karen and announced our anniversary.
I had a word with him and he did say that it was his last season there so he may not be there this year unfortunately. George the bar manager will make up for the loss if Andy does go as he and his staff made it like it was your very own bar and they were cool about receiving money, i.e., “do it later, no worries”. I even had to see George the next day as he had forgotten about my tab!
The Location is Ideal, as the beach is a little walk down the road. My wife and I on her birthday took a stroll down the beach at midnight, the sand there is beautiful, and we loved it and will be going back this year. By the way we met couples that go back there every year, (Bargoed Mike and his Family from Wales, Carl and all the team).
The reason for this tonight is I’m booking my place before you do! We will be going in August 2006, my name is Dave, Karen’s my wife, Louise is my daughter and Liam’s my son, see you there.
We could all go out to the Sushi bar! (Costs about £40 our money for a family of 4 but they will never forget it )

My friend and I and her 2 children aged 11 and 14, stayed at the Lantiana Gardens in October this year for a week, first impressions when we arrived late at night was what a really nice place and such friendly reception staff. The Lantiana gardens is absolutely brilliant if you want a great holiday in a very well run, clean, friendly environment then a stay at the Lantiana is definitely the holiday for you. There was plenty of daily activities and evening entertainment for the kids and adults, run by a very great guy called Andrew, he was an absolute brilliant guy.
The rooms were adequately furnished, and had all the basic facilities for a self catering holiday the maids were really friendly and kept our room in tip top condition, the swimming pool was a good size and very clean, all the staff at the Lantiana were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they all made us feel so very welcome all the week we were there. The entertainment was good, and don’t miss the barbecue on the Saturday night, the food was fantastic, all the meals we ate at the Lantiana were gorgeous.
A short walk away was the shops, bars, supermarkets and not forgetting the beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach, it definitely made you feel like you were in paradise.
