Booked Superior Sea view, but had to wait two days to get room. Hotel now being used by Saga, who seem to be quoted less than half the price. View from balcony is magnificent if you ignore the building work (not too obtrusive for us). Food good, particularly in the Qui Si... more

After planning for some years to go to this hotel were put up in alternative as no rooms on arrival, transfer to Fortina was then messed up & room we got had building work above, below & outside. Reception staff & hotel manager not interested as we had not booked direct.... more
