Hotel was fantastic for children, the pools on the lower level were ideal for our 3yr old. The staff were a little rude at the pool bar but that didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time! Location excellent, food is best all inclusive meals I’ve had in Tenerife. No... more

I would just like to say that I had a really pleasant stay at the Jacaranda. It was spotlessly clean, there was complimentary wine and water, washing up liquid etc for the kitchen - this was a god send considering we got there very late. The views were awesome and the... more
