what brilliant apartments, staff are excellent and deal with any problems quickly and efficiently, i have been there 3 times so far and in them three years i have only witnessed 1 cockcroach. this is an A***************** place for a fantastic holiday.... read more

You think that this hotel is 5* is laughable. I've stayed in 5* hotels before, and this one would struggle to make 3*.

There was no concierge or reps, although the staff were quite helpful when we thought my wife's bag had been stolen. read more

I have visited Airtours Beach Club at different times of the year. It is a beautiful, well kept and well equipped hotel. A lot of these apartments are owned by 'timeshare' owners so I assume that their 'maintenance' payments pay for the accommodation... read more
