Clay Hotel

Miami south beach was a wonderful place to visit I enjoyed every moment on the long lush beaches to the nightlife and friendly locals and the most surreal atmosphere I have encountered ..... But what almost ruined my entire stay was the accommodation at the clay hotel for three main reasons:-
1. We got the wrong room a double instead of twin but we were move right away to a room that had not been cleaned. The fridge had rotten food in it and the next day we discovered the room was invested!! With wood worm
2.we were then moved stay but, the room we moved to a double room of quite a high standard and then 5.am the toilet over flowed flooding our room and we were told to clean the mess our selves and that nothing could be done until the morning eventually the security guard took pity and helped us clean up.
3 the next day we were promised a refund and a free extra night as we had not yet enjoyed a full nights sleep .......later to return when the boss had left leaving instructions for us to pay ...........eventually this got sorted though it took a week to sort out completely.
But I can say I would never!!! Recommend this hotel to any breathing bean human or animal the rooms are as bad as the service.
