This hotel was dreadful - 3 nights we stayed and from the moment we arrived the staff were rude. Not only this but we were being warned by other holidaymakers that you had to hide all valuables in the ceiling as the staff help themselves to anything - including money and passports!
So standing on a chair every time you went out to hide everything in the ceiling panels wasn’t very fun - and sure enough, our double locked balcony doors would often be open by the time we returned.
The man who I think was in charge would shout when people went into eat if a lady was wearing her bikini top - he would embarrass them shouting for her to cover up - 'get out, go get t-shirt, this is a restaurant!', I’m sure there are more polite ways to go about it!
Location is great though - that’s what I gave the 1 out of 10 for as that is all this place has going for it!

We were touring with a group of girls through Eurosportring for a soccer tournament. Our room was so small we didn't have room for our suitcases.
There is no air-conditioning so we opened our balcony door only to be greeted by an abandoned building with all the windows smashed in and an alley way that smelled of urine and garbage.
The hallway was filled with bags of dirty hotel laundry and kids partying all night long. Our coach ended up sleeping on one of the balconies on the front side of the hotel and said that people were partying until 4:30 in the morning and then the street sweeper showed up at 6 am.
We ended up changing to a hotel in Santa Susanna - which is a much nicer, cleaner, safer, and quieter area of the coast.
