A great week-end, the hotel is situated in an ideal position almost in the centre of Llandudno, it is a smaller friendly, family run hotel where the hosts Mark and Cheryl put themselves out to provide a good experience for their guests. The hotel is gradually being upgraded and although we weren't in one of the refurbished rooms our room was clean and more than adequate with double bed and en-suite.
The food was well prepared and laid out, breakfast had a choice of cereals, fruit, full english with eggs, bacon, sausage, fried bread and baked beans and lashings of toast.
Our evening meal was a choice of fruit juice or soup,Pork cutlet, mash and veg or ham or chicken salad followed by jam roly-poly (yummmy)or fruit salad and cream.
Both evenings had entertainment in the bar and both were a 60's theme where a good time was had by all.
In all this was a good experience and one which we would gladly repeat.

A great 5 days holiday.Hotel, Food and Staff were up to a very good standard.
Marc and Sheryl were very hands on and we felt most comfortable and welcome.
Would certainly make a return visit in the future.
Keep up the good work and every success for the future. My previous comments seem to have gone astray.

We had a week in this hotel and it was superb. Food excellent, room superb, service great. A great week apart from some guests behaving badly and making a real nuisance of themselves

The Broadway Hotel was to say the least an unpleasant experience. The owners were very unfriendly towards our coach party. The room my friend & I had was horrible, we had a nasty smell in the bathroom which nothing was done about after complaining, paper was hanging off the ceiling and the wash hand basin which should have been in the bathroom was instead in the main room and as we were sharing as friends made personal cleansing most awkward. The food consisted of very small portions and several people were refused when they asked for more even afew more beans with their breakfast or another slice of toast. A lady on our trip asked for an alternative on the main course as she didnt like either of the two items that was on offer and was told by the owner "if you don`t like what we have on offer eat out" their behaviour was most unacceptable. My friend and I moved to another hotel after suffering 2 nights in the Broadway and the rest of our stay was very pleasant. We would certainly give the Broadway a wide berth if we went up to LLandudno again.

We had a very pleasant stay ere .. In fact so much so that we extended it by another day .. Yes MOULDY TOAST .. HOW!! is beyond me due 2 the vast turn over of people in the Hotel... My conclusions is Bread kept in a warm place hence MOULD...
Food portions ample cooked 2 a T perfect...
Decor/furniture dated also still smelt of cigs in furnishings curtains need a scrub 2..
Hotel on the whole clean..
Staff & Management wozz brill NOTHING wozz 2 much 4 them.. Food portions ample cooked 2 a T perfect...
The entertainment Brill 2 BUT the little bar area mmm shall i say cozzy.. Worked tho
Car park holds 3 cars taken by Management & staff.. Parking always bin a problem in Llandudno no matter where u go .. Even in the 100 roomed Hotel's..
All in all good value 4 money ... 1 could say cheap & cheerful ..
We will also be going back in 2009.. Happy Christmas 2 all ha ha ....

As with all hotels in this area the Broadway is really dated decor wise. The rooms have old furniture with a sink, bath and toilet, shower is available per floor i.e communal. Apparently it is under new management as of the last 6 weeks, they are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not cool, mould on the toast but worst of all a boiler fauult meant no ot water for TWO WHOLE DAYS, the only help here was that all guests could use the one electric shower situated on the top floor.
God i missed the perks of a modern hotel chain such as the Hilton or Mariot!

Our first visit to Llandudno and we picked the Broadway Hotel out of a tourist book.
What a surprise - we just loved the atmosphere they created! The entertainment and the little bar were not what we get here in Australia - wish we had got there earlier than we did! It brought to mind the happy seaside holidays which all Brits have enjoyed in the past. Congratulations to the Management and staff. Gave it a higher rating just for the experience we had - loved it!

Stayed at the Broadway in Nov 07. Cannot fault it really, situation is brilliant for whatever you want. Hotel management really pleasant as were the staff. Not much for kids but my 9 yr old daughter just loved the place and playing pool, she even enjoyed the little bar and the entertainment.
Just a stroll from the prom, and shops. Would book to go back again, maybe in the summer months just to see the difference, but with the lights on for Christmas it was a lovely place to be.

As per usual with this company everything went according to plan. The hotel was cheap and cheerful you were made to feel as if you were a family member not a guest.
The town is very well suited to disabled people all places very easily accessible.
Something for any age to do and plenty of bus tours available to take you around the area so you missed nothing.

A first class hotel okay not the Ritz but friendly clean tidy and excellent food more than you could eat each night.
Excellent position within the town all facilities easily accessible from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap but comfortable place to stay in Llandudno.
My holiday was made all the better because of the standard of care I received at the Broadway and of course our driver Ken McIvor who added the final topping to the trip with the care and attention he gave to all of us on the bus nothing was too much trouble for him.

A big thankyou to all the staff at Broadway Hotel, everyone was very helpful and polite nothing was any trouble the waiting staff were great and food was lovely we took our 2 year old little girl and they specially made her a meal an her own icecream dessert at our evening meal. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The Hotel is decorated quite old fashioned but actually very cosy. The dining room was lovely always kept very clean and set out nicely. The only negative point i can say about the hotel is the plastering on the ceiling was cracked and falling off, and radio was very old fashioned and not a good reception on the t.v with basic channels but nothing what would put you off staying there. Llandudno was a fantastic lovely place to go to, me,my fiance and our little girl had an amazing weekend with lots of attractions and going to the pier. And The Broadway staff made our stay a great memorable little holiday. We also had a photographer come round on our last night at our evening meal and took a photograph of us all which we got as a great memory to look back on to remember our stay at Llandudno. Thankyou, Mr & Mrs Kinsella.
