Hotel is lovely, nicely placed, and handy for getting around. Food and service is excellent.

Difficult to get to Udaipur, but it is worth it. Good shopping - materials, handicrafts, and souvenirs - you can get your materials tailored and sewn in a couple of days. Jewellery is beautiful, try and haggle - it will pay off. Sightseeing is a must, but ensure that you keep cool, it gets very hot.
