Macdonald Norton Grange Hotel

it was a great stay the customer service was excellent and the facilities were great. the staff were kind, helpful and very smily. They looked smart and always were keen to help. The area was beautiful and provided a nice place to relax.

The hotel was looked a bit drab and boring, i was suprised to find out it had RECENTLY had a make-over as it wasnt very nice inside. I have been to old fashioned B&B's with more style. We were there for a business trip on Valentines night and had to eat our dinner in the company of loved up couples- this was a little sickening, but humourous at the same time. The food was great, the rooms were cosy and my bed was really comfortable. However, the security was questionable on the bedrooms and you had to put your key in a holder... more
