For the price you pay these apartments are excellent value for money. I will list the highlights below
Spacious bedrooms, dining room and balcony
Decent balcony view of the sea and rocks
Nice little bar fairly priced
Decent snack food (toasties and pizza)
Nice owner - Vincent Mouvis (we named him Vincent Movie)
Small but refreshing pool with plenty of sun loungers
As a bonus they grow some of their own food around the pool area including, pumpkins, limes, tomatos, sweet peppers and a few different variety of chillies.
There were a couple of spanish families their when i stayed but majority english.
Highly recommended if you are looking to keep costs down, nice and clean spacious apartments located in an excellent place. Cash machine, supermarket and tobacconist all across the road and plenty of bars and restaurants just down the road as well as the beach. Would come here again if I decide to stay in es cana again.

I was a little worried at first after reading reviews on other websites about noise from bar downstairs, and that there is no air con. I wasnt kept awake by anything other than the air con recently fitted, being to cold and having to turn it off. apts are huge we had a 2 bed there was air con in 2 bedrooms and lounge. between the large pool and small pool where the square steps are on pic there has been a bar put up now so younger children cnt climb across. staff very friendly and helpful just a small family. near to everything i went with family and son aged 3 we all had a great time for the price we paid and would go back to same apts again.

Had a lovely holiday staying at the Sandic Apartments. We were not expecting too much having read negative reviews but were pleasantly surprised. We booked an apartment for two and got a bedroom, large sitting/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and spacious balcony. The balcony overlooked the street, which was great for people watching and had a partial sea view. The bedroom was at the back and over the swimming pool and we were not disturbed by noise at all. The apartment was clean and had all we needed to make drinks and snacks. Maid service was excellent.
The Rockerfellas Bar downstairs was very useful and the bar staff (English) very friendly and will sort any problems you may have with the apartment (although we never had to test them on this). The swimming pool is small but very clean and in lovely well kept grounds with plenty of sunbeds, seating and shades.
The location of the apartments was excellent, just a short walk downhill into Es Cana and the boat/bus to the rest of the island and a short walk uphill to the Hippy Market and beyond that a lovely little beach for totally chilling out.

I highly reccommend these apartments if you are looking for something cheap and simple. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was extremely spacious, clean and equipted with everything we needed - although our needs were basic. For the price we paid (75 Euro per night - split between 5 of us) it was great value, although I will say that the beds aren't comfortable and I could feel every single spring so had to put a folded blanket underneath the bedsheet to make it softer. The bathroom was clean also but the drains are a little smelly. It was alot better than I expected for a 2 star rating. A little too noisey from the street outside for our liking however the staff were lovly and the bar/cafe downstairs very good and extremely accessible for beach and town.

i would never stay in these apts again even if i was paid we should have had 2 apts between 10 of us but when we got there only one had been booked instead of trying to help us the staff just acted as if it wasnt their problem and we were being awkward by complaining.had to share one apt for first night my son ended up having to sleep on a lilo on the balcony.we were given 2 mattresses but no bedding or pillows and the ones that were in apt were dirty one even had dried blood on it.the batrh had been crudely repaired with what looked like paper which was so filthy we could only use it as a shower.i have been to es cana many times and can honestly say this was the worst place i have ever stayed a nighmare experience.never again

Apartment was nice and roomy, but unfortunately that was all that it had going for it. There was no air conditioning, nor fans - although you could hire these from the bar below (at approx 50 euros per week) - and the cooking facilities were very poor. The toaster and kettle worked, but nothing else. The pool area was also much smaller than the picture would suggest!
I was led to believe that this was a quiet, family orientated resort, but this couldn't have been further from the truth. On our first night, we got an inkling of just how noisy this was going to be as the bars below, to the side (with karoake) and opposite didn't close until after 4am. Groups of youngsters then arrived back from partying in San Antonio at regular, noisy intervals from around 5am, along with the bin men who seemed to take great delight in throwing bottles into the back of the truck one by one.
Two weeks and very little sleep later, I was glad to find myself back in the UK. This is not somewhere that we'll be revisiting any time soon.
