Sun Apartments

we aren't that long back from sun apartments.. has to have been the best holiday so far! as soon as you get there columbo is there to greet you getting off the coach, and then every day columbo, charlie, sam, mehmet, roberto are all there, whenever you need them. The nightly entertainment is the best! dancing all night long, kareoke, and even people put on shows for you, like break dancing, michael jackson e.t.c...every Thursday is the turkish night! turkish dancers there showing you how its done!
if you need access to the internet, its easily done, three computers are in the apartments, and easily accessed :)..pool table aswel.
very spacious in your room and also wee balconys.
this wont be our last time at sun aparts! back in October, which cannot wait for!! and back next year! summer 09 baby! ;)
cannot wait to see everybody again :D missing them :( but will be back soon.

hi everyone the sun apartments are a brilliant place to stay it was my sister and family who were staying there . The staff were great mehmet and max couldnt do enough for you they were great.The maid who cleans the aparts Minnie she was great and very very nice person ,the aparts r very clean and the pool area is very nice.We all had a great holiday and the people we met at the sun aparts made our holiday overall it was a fab holiday.I would highly recommend the sunaparts they are fantastic

Absolutely Fantastic. This was our second time at sun apartments and it will not be our last. From the minute you arrive the guys are there to greet you off the coach. They can't do enough for you. It is a family run place and has a real cosy atmosphere. You get to know all the staff by name, Roberto & memet (brothers) Charlie, Columbo, Christina, and Sam (he's ace). The pool area is very large with more than enough sun lounger to go round. The pool is 1.8m deep so great for swimming and the there is a small splash pool for the little ones. The food is excellent value. Burger & chips for approx £2, Fillet steak for approx £5. Everything we tried we enjoyed. Night life is great to. Belly dancers, Extreme break dancers, Michael Jackson show, Karaoke with Sam every night, Party dances, and the turkish do there traditional dancing and of course you can join in. The rooms are very large and the maids keep them very clean. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster,fridge and a 2 ring hob. Ideal for doing small meals. There is air condioning in the master bedroom for a small charge. Safety deposit boxes what are manned 24 hrs a day. You can nowalsohire things like hairdriers,irons, T.V cd player etc for a small charge. The only bad thing I can say about sun apartments is that you have to go home.

Apartment was basic but very spacious. Cleaners came in everyday keeping it very clean.
Pool very clean and was kept to the standard throughout our holiday.
Staff were polite and friendly and didnt hastle us as we sun bathed at pool ( unlike other hotels ive stayed in)
Dissapointed about having to pay for the pool table and internet. It amounts up if kids are always on them.
The Apoartments are situated in a quieter part of Marmaris. So its about a 15 minute walk down to the beach front.
Overall i was quite happy with the apartments.

Just returned from a brilliant holiday in Marmaris.
The staff at Sun apartments are so friendly and welcoming, food is very good and very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.
The area they are situated in is about a 15/20 min walk to the beach, but there is plenty of restaurant/bars nearby.
We booked our holiday thru Scot travel, which was a disgrace with our flights being changed. I would recommend booking direct with Sun apartments, but whichever it's a really nice complex to stay in

well, i didn't actually stay in the hotel because who we went with put us in a different hotel. Anyway, i never left the place until i went to bed. Staff are great.
Don't listen to anyone that says it's bazd, its a really fun place, wouldn't wish for anything better.

As a family of 3 adults (inc mum) and two children (16 & 2) we have stayed in sun apts on a number of occasions. The staff Roberto, Mehmett, Colombo, Charlie and others are absolutely brilliant, they can't do enough for you and give you a real Turkish welcome.
The rooms are spacious and clean the meals at the bar area are good value and tasty, the pool area is large and always enough sunbeds to go around, the entertainment is brill and varied.
Sun Apartments are located in the quieter Armutalan area of marmaris which is a short dolmus (bus) ride from the beach front or you can walk it is approx a 15 minute walk about a mile from the beach front.
All in all the apartments are well located and within a few metres are quite a few shops, bars and restaurants, though I might add you can find such a good standard of food and entertainment and welcome at the apartments you may not even venture very far away.
All in all the apartments are good value for money ,well located and fantastic for families and groups alike, many people go to Sun Apartments as strangers but leave as friends and feeling part of an extended member of Roberto, Mehmett and Ali Papa's family and return again and again,
Normally when you leave Turkey you often have a tear in your eye because you are leaving, don't be surprised that your new found friends might even shed a tear or two, looking forwards to your possible return next season, so if you won’t an all round good value for money holiday with a warm welcome, you might do worse than giving sun apartments a try, look at other reviews I don't feel you will go wrong... here's looking forwards to 2008 hols.

I stayed at the Sun Apartments with 8 of us, I've been turkey 14 times and I really enjoyed staying there. The apartments are clean and bright, the attic isn't very big at all but they're ok.
The staff are very friendly Romeo, Alex n Memmet, I will be going back next year and cant bloody wait:P
I'd recommend this apartment for people that don't mind a long walk to the beach but there's cheap taxis and like me I had to tumble home steaming every night, so if your not very good at finding your way home when your drunk then I would get some where closer to the bars. xxx loved it kis xxx

I have been to Sun apartments 6 times now. I find the staff to be very friendly and will help you with anything!
The apartments are clean and very spacious and get cleaned everyday. I would recommend Sun apartmens to anyone as it caters for families, couples and groups of friends.
It is in a good position close to everything you should need on holiday. The staff listen to suggestions and accommodate them in every way they can.
