all staff great and helpfull, make the time to talk to them, curly shaggy and jack the best! appartments clean but basic, pool was also good, food and drink average price, all other guests friendly on our stays iv seen acouple bad reviews!i feel you get out what you put in.... more

had an amazing 2 weeks , curly, shaggy, enrique and jack and everyone else who worked there were fab .
clean friendly and lovely food.
met a great bunch of people from manchester and the whole holiday was fantastic must do it again.
i would recommend club maric to anyone .....xxx...julie from newcastle

Just got back from a week here through the 'wonderful' Goldtrail. On arrival the apartment wasnt very clean and upon looking in the shower, we were greeted with a lovely mouldy ceiling that dripped on us when the shower was turned on. The staff did their best to clean it... more

after travelling 8 hours went to club maric for a nice sleep with kids when when went to reception book my room been told i was top of the hotel air con fan on the floor no lift i hvae 2 and 6 yeras old kids easy to clim in balcony easy to put finger into fan aircon on the fllor and been told they no more room rang thomas cook cost me £95 pound phone calls after 8 hour comlaints transfferred different hotel and back to maric , it s so bad and rubbish place , if you spend money in bar rstaurant everybody your friend , too much... more

Well, I agree fully with the last reviewer - Curly and Shaggy were invasive to say the least, always wanting to know where we were going. Went to pool down the back street because the poolside music was way too loud to relax. Also, Maric charges top dollar for drinks. Nice breakfast, but spolilt by Shaggy sleeping in middle of restaurant. They should wake up and shower before handling food - food poisoning is so easy to occur. Wouldn't go back - Club Sun Smile much much better. Marmaris itself still great, and the best two restaurants... more

Good points - 1. The location for shops, restaurants, bars 2. Some of the staff who DO understand that the best service goes unnoticed - thanks! Bad Points- 1. I was a bit worried about staying at Club Maric after reading the bad reviews, but I am glad to say it's nothing like them! I had the best weeks holiday ever! The staff were amazing and made the holiday. Mr Yellow (as we knew him) was always friendly and would sit up for a drink at the bar after our nights out. Shaggy was always helpful and would do anything for us, even made us a massive cocktail in a Watermelon! Curly, well what can i say, he is hillarious especially when he dressed up as Tina Turner for the Turkish night. Emrah the barman... more

We have just returned from a great holiday in Marmaris. These apartments added to our wonderful experience and are only located about 5 min walk to the beach and town centre making them an ideal location without being too noisy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard and we really enjoyed the BBQ at the Turkish Night, which is a night not to be missed!! Arrived here very friendly staff, we paid for a safety depossite box for the week and our rooms were clean and tidy. The staff and management were very helpful, the apartment is close to the beach, only 5 minute walk down to the beach front, shops, clubs and restaurants. There is also a 24 hour shop beside the apartments wıth taxi base outside. Me and my family have been to turkey 8 times and this is the nicest place we have stayed, no hassle and safe accommodation. Have been going to club maric for the last few years.always had a good time ,untill this time. The music did my head in had to go and buy some earplugs as i thougt i was going to have a nerves,braekdown.I work in pub at home so going on holiday toget away from music for a while is like dying and going to heaven.But not this time my holiday was spoiled by bump bump music.Dont get me wrong,i do like music but relaxing by a pool with loud music from 11 in the morning to 6 in the evening is not my idel of enjoyment.But must say in defend of... more

where to begin - the hotel itself was ok but the staff . . they threatened to stab us when we did not eat in the restaurant - tortured us from mornin to nite . . they were seriously threatening - thankfully there was enough of us lads not to be intimidated but had i been there with a smaller group it would have been terrifying - staff also let themselves into our room when we were in it without asking! I just arrived home from a one week trip to Marmaris staying at the three star club Maric hotel. I was in a self catering apartment. the sheets were dirty, obviously the undersheet had not been changed since the last guest. Our towels were never changed while we stayed for the week. I had to go early one morning and ask the cleaner (who was quite nice) to give us clean towels which she did with a smile. The staff were over powering. Annoying in generally. This accomodation is only suitable for teenagers on their first holiday on their own.... more
