This was our 6th time to Club Likya, and it won’t be our last. These apartments are lovely, spotless, and well maintained, they look as good as the day they were built 10 years ago.
The staff are all friendly, food and drink very reasonably priced. We like the quiet location yet only a 15 minute walk to sea front, bars and restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk away, and music is turned down at midnight, which is nice, because there are a number of residential properties around it.
The owners are lovely people and work very hard and cover 24 hour reception, definitely going back next year.

Best holiday ever! Just come back from Turkey as it was the first time in Turkey/Marmaris. Cannot fault club likya what so ever, the rooms were always cleaned everyday and the bar stuff are such a laugh and so friendly.
Its the best holiday I have ever had. Defiantly 5 stars.

Fantastic - Fantastic - Fantastic.
We had a great holiday here. Small and friendly it was exactly what we needed. We would spend days around the beautiful clean pool with its little bar to the side.
No fighting for sunbeds (in August!) - had the same beds every day. Food served at the bar was excellent.
Accommodation was basic however; it was very clean and met all our requirements.
With a fifteen minute walk into Marmaris town centre to hit the nightlife and shops we had the best of both worlds. A nice quiet day and busy night.
We would highly recommend these apartments and intend going back ourselves.

This was our first time in Marmaris, 2nd time in Turkey.
Club Likya is without doubt the best self catering accommodation that I have stayed in anywhere.
As per the previous reports the accommodation is comfortable and exceptionally clean.
The bar prices are comparable with the surrounding bars as are the food prices from the excellent menu available. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The apartments are far enough away from the main area to allow you to relax at night without being disturbed by the usual boom boom noise associated with like resorts.
However the sea front (bars) is a mere 10 minutes walk away. Dolmus's run all day until around midnight; you can catch one just around the corner and for 1 lira you can travel to the centre of town where bar street is located.
I’ll be back.

I got back from Club Likya in the early hours of this morning, and to be honest I’m glad to be home.
The apartments are cleaned to a high standard and some members of staff, e.g the two owners, Alex and the gardener are very friendly, making you feel welcome. There are many good restaurants in and around the hotel, with their staff also being very friendly.
On the negative side though, William and Cemal who are bar staff at the hotel, have bad manners, don't give you chance to finish your drink/food before they whip your plate/glass away, this is how they got their nicknames "Mr Whippy". On several occasions they tried to over charge people for food and drinks.
At this hotel they have rules that they enforce on some people and not others. There is a rule for everything here, it became a joke towards the end of the holiday. You fear that you're not breathing in the right way here, with the owners watching your every move. We got told off for having a drink of water that we hadn't purchased from the hotel, around the pool area.
So overall, more negatives than positives.

This has to be the best holiday I have ever had and this opinion is formed in the main by my stay at Club Likya.
The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. The pool and complex surrounding areas are maintained to a very high standard. The staff cannot do enough for you and are so friendly.
If you want a busy entertainment filled holiday then Club Likya is not for you. However, if you want a peaceful holiday within a beautifully kept complex with entertainment a couple of nights a week then this has to be the place for you.
I cannot speak highly enough of this place and we shall certainly be going back if not this year then certainly next. Thanks to all at Club Likya for a fantastic holiday.

This has to be the best holiday ever....

This has to be the best holiday ever. I have been to Club Likya now 4 times and will keep returning year after year. The apartments are cleaned every day to a high standard and nothing is to much trouble for the people who work there.
I have read reports saying that the owner of these apartments does not help you if you have a problem or complaint.
Well in my opinion the owners always do their best to help you and if you have a problem they sort it out straight away for you the best that they can.
I have also read a complaint that some guests were not allowed to play music in their rooms after coming back from a club at 3am, tell me the name of any hotel/apartment that will allow that? The answer is none! Out of the 4 times I have been to Club Likya I have NEVER had a problem.
I think the key is that if you are considerate to other guests and staffs wishes they will return the favour, and I have seen people treating the place as if it was England, i would recommend that we remember that we are in Turkey and have to respect their culture.
The waiters at Club Likya I think deserve a special mention who have given us a great service over the years are, William and George. William was great as always, always service with a smile, joined in the fun, spent time catching up with us lovely guy as was George although he was not there in summer 2005. Also The Gardener working just as hard as ever, and still joining in all the fun and always manages a smile!
The area around Club Likya is slightly more built up now with a few restaurants and apartments, however the apartments themselves are still the same and still to the same high standard.
I will be returning to Club Likya next year, and if you are thinking of going to Club Likya rest assured you will have a great holiday.

This was the first time we have been to Turkey and we got told to go to Club Likya Apartments from a women my mam knows who has been 6 times and loves it. When we got there we were greeted by one of the bar staff William who carried all of our luggage to our room and was very friendly.
The rooms themselves are spotless and spacious. The maids did an excellent job and left rose petals on our beds which I thought was lovely. The staff all work extremely hard which you will see when you go working up to 18 hours in one day. They always aim to please you and do anything for you. The receptionist was lovely and was very friendly.
The bar staff William and Tony were very friendly and you warmed to them straight away especially William who had you laughing all the time especially with his singing (ask him to sing hero!) and dressing up as Elvis. There is a BBQ once a week which was great and all the staff take part, with games dancing and entertaining you will have a great night!!! There are a few shops near by and you are only a short bus drive away or you can walk it to the main centre.
Club Likya is for anyone who wants a good holiday and I would tell anyone to go as it was the best holiday I've had and will be going back!!! I promise that you will have an amazing time!!!

Just back from this wonderful place...

Oct 2005, Ms E McLatchie

Just back from this wonderful place for the second time this year and I can't speak highly enough.
Every member of staff bends over backwards to accommodate you in any way they can to make your stay so special and enjoyable. The maintenance guy never stops and on BBQ nights he and the Chef, the waitresses and the bar staff all find the energy to entertain everyone with their very energetic dancing. There are certainly no shortage of smiles when you come through reception in the morning from the girl who works there she is a lovely person.
The cleaning staff go that extra step and decorate your bed with petals, it's so lovely you have to take a picture. What a brilliant dancer Tony is who works in the bar and William is a superstar when it comes to singing and smiling. We can''t wait to go back!
