Just come back from Gran Tacande on an 11-day holiday. This is my ninth visit to Tenerife and this has to be the best hotel I have stayed in, all the staff are very friendly couldn't do enough to help.

By no stretch of the imagination is this a five star hotel. The service in the breakfast restaurant was poor with dirty coffee pots and queues to obtain poorly cooked fried eggs.

We stayed at this hotel in June this year and it has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at abroad. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely fabulous with an outstanding selection from all over the world. read more
