Fantastic holiday allround. Wish we hadn't read the negative reviews as we were worried about going but no need as the holiday was brilliant. The kids loved the activity pool however long wait to go on the rapids as not enough rings to go down. Beach was great with varied watersports, lifeguards, beach cafe and sheltered areas for the kids. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone with children. Mine didn't want to come home!!

We booked as a family of four for 2 weeks and it was excellent. We have two children 5 and 4 and it was perfect plenty if free water activities and entertainment the mungo club for the kids was excellent , the food was amazing and rooms and cleanliness was next to none, the Hotel staff did seem to be more friendly towards the german tourist as there are alot and you have to be up at six am to get a lounger near the entertainment pool but you could always being one from the other pool . Can't wait to go back and there was an excellent staff member called Ahmed who made up for some of the ruder staff. All in all not one complaint about hotel or food just a few rude staff .
Outside activities.
We went on an excursion to the blue lagoon all sounded great and cheap but once on the pirate ship called arap baba the music was blaring and full young ones drinking then we stopped of so they could entice us guest to buy some pancakes cooked by the side of a river. YUK! We then got charged rediculous amounts for a small can of coke and a pack of small walkers worked out about £3.75 we spent SEVEN hours in total on the ship only to be at the blue lagoon for 30 mins we then got dropped of in the middle of nowhere and had to get a taxi back with the dangerous driver from hell wouldn't have minded if they had informend us we would be at the lagoon half hour and not taken home.

Fantastic watersports - available for 10 hours every day.
Very very friendly staff, from the water sports crew, to the entertainment team and including the cleaners, maids, gardeners -the lot!
And the food -- yum yum. 14 nights of different themes including a gala night where all the table are set up on the pool side and food served outdoors.
It is amazing the amount of trouble they go to to make your stay just perfect.
The rooms are spotless.
There isenteertainment to suit all tastes and you can take it or leave it at your will.
There are good transport links to towns nearby with the dolmus leaving from the hotel doorstep.
I'd definately go again, but maybe not in august it was a bit too hot! or I might try another 'magic life' hotel in turkey.

We have just returned from a two week holiday at this excellent all-inclusive hotel. That is two adults and our 13yr old daughter. This hotel had everything. Comfortable air-condition rooms, clean facilities throughout, friendly and approachable staff at all levels. Food was nothing short of excellent, with a wide variety of cuisine, all freshly prepared. One could easily visit this picturesque hotel and not venture out of the complex at all because everything was on-site. Most evenings open-air entertainment was provided in the form of live acts, kareoki and disco, non of which was noisy or offensive to anyone not wishing to participate. The Water sports available were excellent with approachable and well trained staff. Some facilities such as windsurfing and water skiing were free but parasending came at a cost. We would thoroughly recommend this venue as a good example of value for money and we would definately return in the future.

This is an excellent hotel. The facilities are excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is so much to do if you want but you can also just laze by the pool or on the beach if you wish.
The two pools are separated by a short walk which is great as one pool is really for young children and the other for capable swimmers and older kids and adults. So whichever pool you are in, you are not bothered by anybody else.
The only downside was the La Brise restaurant. This is a fish restaurant and it only serves fish. So unless your whole party likes fish, don't bother. In fact we were not happy with the menu choice or the service in this restaurant although the location was excellent.
One tip re currency. Unless you can get 3 lire or more to the pound, get Euros instead. Most of the shops put their prices in Euros and you often have to ask what the Lire price is. Locally they double the Euro price to give you the Lire price. So if something costs €1.5 (ie £1.00 approx) they will charge you 3 Lire. But we only got 2.5 Lire to the pound so were effectively paying more. Luckily the hotel is all inclusive so we didn't have to spend very much anyway.
In summary, if you are considering this hotel, don't just sit there......book it. It's fantastic. Worth every penny.

This complex was everything that we expected it to be and better, so much to do during the day and lots of entertainment at night. The rooms were basic but everything that you need. The fridge in the room is filled daily with soft drinks. There is plenty of selection for eating, five restaurants that have to booked and a buffet restaurant with plenty of a selection each night.
The only bad point about this resort that there were not very many British people at this resort, and the entertainment tended to be announced in German.
All in all, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone and would go back again without hesitation.
