all i can say is this hotel was amazing,i was on my honeymoon the staff treat you like kings not a bad word to say.absolutely spotlesley clean.the only drawback are the [--] germans

Comfortable, Clean, Well Organised and Operated with all the expected facilities and levels of convenience associated with a 5 * Turkish Hotel.
On the plus side:
+Food was plentiful and of a decent standard;
+Hotel grounds were well laid out moving from pool area, to garden zone to private beach area with good associated facilities for children through to families and couples;
+Rooms were well tendered and mini bars regularly stocked;
+Animation team worked hard on entertaining all, albeit quality of night time events was 'toe curling' but taken in the right spirit was great fun and a good value for a laugh ;-)
On the negatives:
+Pool water temperature whilst there in August 08 was north of 30 degrees which did not allow you to feel fully refreshed and reinvigorated after a dip;
+Hotel interior decors and certain rooms although clean had a dated 1980's feel rather than a more contemporary decor;
+Massage team patrolled the outside areas keen on 'drumming' up new business for the indoor hotel spa;
In summary, as a family we all enjoyed the holiday and were well looked after but collectively we all felt the hotel lacked that magical ingredient and soul that differentiates the special from the satisfactory and good. If you enjoy your shopping @ the likes of the Trafford Centre, Meadowhall et al then you will not be disappointed but if not, then suggest you look else where!

this was the best holiday ever.the hotel is fanstic and very clean , on arrival we were greeted with drinks and were in our rooms within 10 min. the food was amazing loads of choice each day i would say there is something for everyone. although there were lots of people staying there we never had to wait long if at all for anything and we were able to get sunbeds round the pool. there are lots of steps but this was not a problem although it might be for older or lazy people. As for all inclusive well i have never been anywere that all inclusive even the cotton candy/mini bar and safe were free. BUT the staff most of all were fantastic they work so hard and very long hours but they are always happy /freindly and helpful(all waiting /kitchen/bar/cleaning and maintance staff) as for the entertianment team they were the best they got envolved during the day in the pool/chatting/games etc then they would put on a great show at night then chat with guests after in the bar again they worked long hard hours and always seemed happy/friendly and helpful . SO I THANK THEM ALL and i will go to this hotel again

I have been to turkey for 6 years to Marmaris B&B never again after going to Side.
The hotel was fantastic, saved loads going all inclusive, so much food to choose from and drink.

The only downside was no tea and coffee facilities in room and a long walk to get it. Room service was chargeable from 6am to midnight.
The sea was so warm it was like a bath and the beach was so sandy – brilliant.
Shopping wasn’t as good as Marmaris as designs were for the Germans.
We thought we might have a problem with a lot of foreign people staying in the hotel but were really good.
Booked again, not the same hotel but same area as bringing teenage children and would need more facilities but if you are a couple or young family well and truly recommended.
