The rooms were very nice, they were exactly the same as what was shown on the website!
The room was comfortable and spacious! Room service was prompt with no hassles! All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they all spoke good English! They answered any questions we had!
We would definitely stay there again; overall we had an excellent stay!

Excellent location. good value for money, good size room for location and cost. Clean sheets, friend staff.
Wouldn't recommend the breakfast though in the restaurant - it isn't English as your'd expect and was also cold. Cheaper and better breakfasts in the cafe's on the Damrac.
Location is great for Dam Square, the shopping facilities, museums and various coffee shops.
Would definitely recommended this hotel to business travellers, singletons, couples.
