" My wife and I spent 8 fantastic... "

My wife and I spent 8 fantastic nights at the 'Dei Graci' on our honeymoon last September and cannot heap enough praise upon this wonderful hotel. Our room was elegantly decorated but with that contempory feel that our latin cousins seem to excel at. The staff were among the most attentive and friendly that I have encountered all over Italy. The pool area even when busy ( 20 people ) seemed so tranquil due to the Hotel being set back from the main road.........all you can hear are the crickets on the hillside ( no not of Peggy Sue fame either ) I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for all types of traveller as it wants for nothing !!

Shame the same could not be said of Palermo......ooh, a bit scary !! even in daylight !!

" Spent 10 fabulous relaxing days there... "

Spent 10 fabulous relaxing days there with husband and 16 year old daughter. Our knowledge of Italian is totally inexistent but we all absolutely loved this holiday.

Hotel is extremely comfortable. We feel it actually deserves a 5 star rating - compared to French / Corsican hotels with similar ratings. Restaurant and swimming pool staff extremely helpful and friendly could not do enough for us. We ate at the hotel restaurant every night as food was good and inexpensive.

The shuttle provided by the hotel to Taormina was very useful. Please note that it is rather a long walk back to the bus terminal at Taormina to return to hotel, especially when it is very hot!

We will definitely go back there for a longer period and explore the surrounding area much more, especially as the train station is close by. We felt sad to leave such a wonderful place with its friendly and warm people. Guess where we are going back next year?
