This complex although only rated as 2*, are without a doubt the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Rooms cleaned every day with clean sheets and towels every other day make for a very comfortable stay. The owner is a typical greek lady and was friendly and funny and made us feel very welcome. Will be going back and would recommend anyone to give it a try.

The room was clean and we got our sheets cleaned every day. The pool was freshwater and we were virtually right on Kamari beach and all of Kamari facilities, like shops and tavernas.
There is also a bus station right by the hotel with excellent travel to Thira, which was beautiful. The fridge came in very handy for a nice cool drink in the room as well.
The only thing was they charged under occupancy when there was two of us and claimed it was a three person room, but it seemed very much like a two person room.
Another thing was the air conditioning which was overpriced at 7 Euros a day and I recommend this as you will not be able to get to sleep at night without it.

Just returned from a weeks stay at these apartments in Santorini (5/07 to 12/07). The studios are basic but are spotless and there is maid service everyday.
You cannot fault the location up a little cul de sac about 200 meters from the beach at Kamari. All the tavernas are almost immediately on your door step. A super swimming pool and enough loungers for all. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and will help with any problems.
There was an excellent fridge in the room that kept the Mythos beer cold! The shower was excellent with no loss of hot water, and the beds were comfortable too.
Can't find much to be negative about, but the A/C was 7 euros per day and is needed to sleep. I did not recall Thompson mentioning this in the brochure! Also Maria is having some more apartments built opposite, but they are nearly completed so you should not get concerned about building noise. If you are going to Santorini you will not be disappointed staying at these apartments.
You will need to get about to see the other resorts like Oia and Fira, we had a scooter and we went everywhere on it. You could hire a quad bike or a car or get the bus there are an abundance of rental companies in all the resorts, there must be more scooters than people to hire them!

You would not realise this hotel was only a two star, rooms are basic but clean, the rooms are cleaned and beds are made every day. The pool area is lovely and is quiet through out the day as everyone seems to go to the beach, which is just down the road, two or three minute walk away, as are a good selection of bars and restaurants. Maria and her husband are great hosts, they make you very welcome, Maria is very funny and loves to sit and chat, when time allows. she is very busy, the famliy own the new 5 star hotel over the road also. I would recommend either of these hotels to anyone.
