Cosmos Maris Apartments

We have just returned from the Cosmos Maris (06.07.11 to 20.07.11). Fantastic. Everything we had read about it before we travelled was correct. George you have a lovely family and thank you for making everything so perfect. We met some really lovely people (you know who you are). Dined several times at Roulas in the town, drank plenty at the Yammas Bar (you must try the FBI cocktail). Thanks to Lucas for ferrying us home when the taxis were on strike. Hire a car at Georges just down the road and book your trips through the local travel agents. Nobody can do enough for you. Make sure you go to Glistra Beach - they do the best "burger van" food you can image - all fresh and cheap. Good food, good drink, good fun and great great times. Thanks again. Hope to be back soon. Just returned from our third trip to the Cosmos Maris. As ever this is a fantastic hotel and everything is spotless and clean rooms cleaned everyday and towels changed alternate days. George and his family make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive and nothing is too much trouble. The food at the poolside bar is very resonably priced and plentyful. Greek night and quiz night where well attended and great fun. We met some lovely people whilst we have been there, and had a great time. We will definately be going back.

stayed in cosmos maris last year and have booked to retun same time this year. We have never felt so relaxed on holiday before. George and family do everthing to make sure your stay is one you will always remember.The room was spacious and spotless.The Greek night and BBQ is not to be missed excellent value for money

well our holiday could not of been better the cosmos and george and his family could not of been more welcoming. If there was anything that you needed it was there for you lovely spotless rooms infact the whole hotel was spotless cleaned everyday lovely pool area and good prices also.
the best places to eat are a short 20 minute walk into lardos village whare you will find a lovely atmosphere at the squre i personaly recomend valentinas and roulas they are amazing and then head over to the square bar for fantastic coffe and great cocktails and whare u will also meet george who runs the bar.
overalllardos is a great place to go so friendly and relaxing it deservers more than a 10 and the cosmos even better but unfortunately we went to book our holiday last week and there was no more rooms left so we are going accross the road but will defanatly be visiting george and the family and hopefully the greek night will be on as that is the best night of all i would recomend the cosmos to any one.

fantastic brilliant .....what more can qwe say. From the check in to departure the holiday was A1 no complaints at all....the hospitality was fantastic from George and family always on hand to help and accomodate your every need, a honeymoon to remember and a holiday in the meking for next year.

We had a first class holiday, the food was excellent and the room was comfortable and very clean, the staff could not be more helpfull. The entertainment was adequate, not over the top or too loud, catering for all age groups staying at the hotel. I recommend the Greek night, the food was fantastic and the dancing superb as well as fun. The area surrounding the hotel was safe and friendly with good beech access and very good shops all within a 5 minute walk.

Wonderful hotel, run by George and his family, lovely people. If you want noisy games and constant entertainment, then its not for you, but if you want a quiet relaxing holiday with a lovely pool, and everything close at hand, then it is exactly the place for you. The rooms are cleaned regularly, in fact the place is kept spotless, and you can always get a good nights sleep as it all goes quiet after one, hotel is situated in the quieter part of Lardos, but not too far from livelier center, and only a short taxi ride from Pefkos where you will find lots of bars and restaurants. We love the place and have already booked up for June 2009.

could not fault hotel at all i have stayed in 5star hotels that are not as clean as this.they could not do enough for you ,so friendly as are all the guests in the hotel , the rooms are ample size, the food in the hotel was plentiful and cooked wonderful.george and all is family and staff made this a wonderful holiday for me and my daughter.i must also comment on the yamis bar in the village centre, the staff were wonderful to us even a free drink was waiting for us.so george i must thank you for everything you did to make this enjoyable and you will see us againmany thanks dot and sarah

A recommendation for food. Having visited Nydri many times and been disapointed with the standard of food in the restaurants....at last we have found a cracker. At the very end of the Marina (next to the Ionian restaurant) you must try Ivari. Run by an English lady and her Greek husband, the traditional food is very high quality, and only slightly more expensive than the other eateries. Do not be put off by the decor, once you have eaten there you will go back!

we have just returned from the cosmos maris and had the best holiday of our lives
george and his family are first class and remember you by name.it is a great place to relax, you can make you holiday what you like by visiting near by villages like pefkos,lardos or rhodes, we went to all three.
we will be back, my wife has already been on the internet trying to book for next year.
exellent 10 out of 10.
