These family-run, modern apartments are ideal for those wanting to enjoy the hospitality and action of this lively resort. There is a lovely pool to sit around during the day. Located just 600m from the resort centre, these studios are an 800m walk from Faliraki Beach. You’ll find a supermarket only 40m away, but for those days when you want to treat yourself to breakfast, there’s a snack bar on-site.

Visited the Sun Maris for 1 week in August 2008 and it was the best holiday i have had. The food was great sitting by the pool, the pool was extremely clean and beautifully presented and our room was the same always clean with fresh towels.

Got a warm welcome the second we arrived, Mary the owner is really nice, the hotel is forever being cleaned would recommend staying here.



Its about a 2 min walk into faliraki bar/club street but far enough away to get a good night sleep if you've had a heavy one the night before!
