Myself and my parents stayed at the Albouro in June 2008 for 2 weeks. The apartment was very clean and the bins emptied on a daily basis. Towels were changed approx three times in the week. The Family who have run the place for decades couldn't have been more nice and nothing was too much trouble, thank you to Yanni & Vickki for a lovely holiday. The local area is a small fishing village with a large selection of restaurants most of which were of a high standard; the albouro restaurant was one of my favourites for their specialities. Just two minutes from the restaurant is the beach, not great for getting into the water due to the pebbles but once your over these its fine .. it was highly amusing to watch mam struggle across them! Finally the Beach Bar run by Chris & Panaggi (sorry about the spelling!) was by far the best place to go. Their omlettes were to die for and they do a small selection of evening meals which were absolutely stunning too!

Just returned from the Albouro Apartments, fabulous location in a fabulous resort. Katelios is very quiet - the brochures are accurate! The apartments are basic but spacious and clean. The owner Voula, also runs the restaurant which is located in the grounds. The restaurant is very clean and offers a small but excellent menu. A short walk leads to the beach although alot of seaweed washes up it doesn't impinge on your enjoyment. The sea is perfectly safe. The main area of Katelios has a handful of very very good tavernas and the local people are lovely!

Spotlessly clean apartments with lovely sea views. Frequent maid service as well. We went here with our two small daughters, 5 and 1.
My only criticism would be that it is not very suitable for pushchairs as the road / path leading to and from the apartments is unmade and very rocky with a steep incline closest to the apartments. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful.

We went at the beginning of May this year, and we had a top floor apartment which was split level and it had lovely large balcony and we loved it. Lots of hot water for showers, ample storage. The reception area was clean and very pleasant as was our apartment.
The building was quiet and it has a nice feel to the place. Voula, the owner is wonderful, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
We will be going back, thank you Voula for a great stay.
