Good stuff first:
Beautiful island, clean hotel, wonderful food, nice pool & beach, helpful and enthusiastic staff, nothing to do and all day to do it in, about sums up Formentera :-)
Can see why it was such a hit with the hippies.
Now the bad news:
Italians, unruly Italian kids, stuck up Italian women, Italians smoking everywhere, loud Italian men talking/arguing.
The few Brits, Germans and Spaniards were all fed up of the way the hotel was taken over by the Italians.
Shame as otherwise it would have been a top holiday, but, did I mention the Italians spoilt it?
Transfer a bit hard work too with a 3 year old as you have to carry your entire luggage onboard a ferry, and then off at the other end.
Oh and the Italians shove in ;-)
If they all go to Formentera we’re going to Italy, sorted!
