Considering this holiday was bought via auction for £50, yes £50, we could hardly fail to enjoy our two week holiday for four people. Wise use of the internet meant we had already identified the apartments even though it was AOA.
Transfers were quick, about ten minutes or so, and the check in was painless, although for some reason the front gate never seems to be open and you have to drag your cases around the pool.
The rooms was basic, as you would expect in a low star place. Lounge/kitchen area, usual bathroom, one bedroom, balcony or patio most of which overlook the sea. The two kid’s beds are in the lounge area, one of which doubles as the sofa.
If your kids are in their late teens don’t expect to be comfy as their beds are rather short!
Nice little bar area, small but acceptable pool with loungers. We spent most of our time on the beach of which there are two just 2 minutes walk away. Loads of bars, cafes, restaurant, shops etc and if you are on a strict budget there is even a Netto nearby (next to the obligatory McDonalds!)
I know this sounds harsh but my only complaint was the quality of the other guests... when we were there they were noisy, rude and some of the language was disappointing considering it is aimed at families.
Still, I guess you might just have to accept that in a budget place. I would not have been impressed if I had paid brochure price and would only recommend it if you get a really good deal.

Thomson sell these apartments as a family holiday. I have never been to apartments like these, all the families just let their children run wild and there was no one there to stop them. The noise of the kids went on till 4am every day, there were kids jumping in the pool, drunk, swearing and shouting till all hours.
One day a fight broke out in the bar at 8pm with kids watching - this was with parents and grandparents. There was blood everywhere, snooker cues smashed over adults’ heads, six police cars, police all over, kids screaming, adults running round covered in blood. It was like a bloodbath, I cannot understand Thomson having anything to do with place.
They say it is a family place but there is nothing to do for kids, especially at night. Even when you go into Playa Bosar, there are two bars who have anything for kids. All the eating places serve the same thing – burgers & chips, chicken & chips, pizza & chips, egg & chips.

Arrived on the 30th June for a week my friends were already there as they went for 2 weeks the place was very noisy all day and night.
Night time was worse it was the adults who were noisy, there was fighting and slamming doors. The place was bad, I did complain to my rep and she told me that some one else had complained, though nothing was done about it.
We got no sleep at all and we will never go back to that hotel again, but the hotel was very clean and tidy, I can’t fault that.

As soon as my family and I arrived at the Mira Mola we were gob smacked, we knew we had got a cheap holiday but we didn't expect it to be so bad.
Basic isn't the word. Our bed settee was broken in half, the cleaners need the sack!
I am not exaggerating, we didn't get to sleep until after 4am in the morning due to all of the noise from very inconsiderate rude families, mainly grown men in their forties who were shouting and swearing and going out of their way to make as much noise as possible, they were jumping in the pool until 3am.
The hotel staff were informed of this and did nothing. We had to grin and bear it along with a few other decent families who were there.
I think it was a place for yobs! We felt we couldn't use the pool because of intimidating people who took over the place.
The food at the bar was reasonably priced if you like the same stuff day in day out. We loved Ibiza but have been put off and will never go there again.
The beach in Figuretas absolutely stank, we had to go further afield, and we think it was sewerage. We have had bad stomachs all week and have still got it now!
A boat trip to Formentera was well worth it though, it was beautiful with crystal clear waters and gorgeous beaches.
Our Thomson rep was very nice but couldn't do anything about the situation.
Coco beach at the end of Playa Den Bossa was very nice. Food and drink locally was cheap but got boring after 2 weeks, it’s the same where ever you go!
My advice DON'T GO!

We only paid £805 for two weeks and expected the worst. But we got a bit of a surprise; the only thing we could fault was the lack of entertainment. There was nothing at all.
We just went the ten minute walk into Bossa or up to Mikes (just around the corner) where they have Bingo, Karaoke, pub quiz etc every night and the best place for Sangria. Blows your head away!
Just 2 min walk to the crystal beaches where you get the buy one get one free drinks day and night.
It is a bit noisy around the pool until it closes at 8pm with the kids playing, I didn’t mind as mine were there too. Spent about £1400 in two weeks though.
I would go back again next week.
About 20 min on the bus from the airport, it was just perfect.
My kids 8 yrs and 3 years old.

This was an allocated on arrival holiday booked 4 days before departure & was certainly excellent value for a very cheap price.
We didn’t know what to expect but our room had 3 bedrooms and 2 balconies and was more than spacious for the 2 of us! The apartments are basic but clean and comfortable and are ideally situated close to the beach, as well as being a short walk to both Playa D'en Bossa (10 mins) and Ibiza town (15-20 mins). There are many shops, bars and restaurants close by as well as the pool bar for which food & drink was good value for money.
There were all ages staying at the Mira Mola, families, young & older couples & small groups of friends. We really enjoyed ourselves and the location was ideal offering a quieter resort but close to livelier action when you want it. I would certainly stay there again.

After reading various reviews of these apartments I was very wary of what to expect. Having said that we found the apartment to be basic but very clean. The bar served basic food at very reasonable prices.
The drink prices were very good as well. The only complaint I have with these apartments is that you have to get up very early if you want to stand any chance of getting a sun bed. Having said that I have booked to go back next July as we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday to the Mira Mola.
To finish off if you go expecting 4 star accommodation, then you will be disappointed but the saying that you get what you pay for is very apartment in this case.

Our stay at the Mira Mola apartments was very pleasant. It is a very basic apartment block but clean and very friendly. We had a room on the fourth floor (room 465 ) which had two balconies overlooking the swimming pool on the front and Ibiza Bay and the castle on the side.
These apartments may get very noisy at times but at least it was only with children having fun in the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

On arriving at the apartments we found them to be very basic but clean, and in need of a lick of paint.
We also felt the lounge furniture needed replacing and had to make do with a tatty old sofa which had seen better days. They were not terrible but have previously stayed in other accommodation with the same star rating which had been far better than the Mira Mola.
We also found there was a lot of noise till sometimes until four and five o clock in the morning of people coming back drunk from pubs and clubs, with no consideration of anyone else staying there.
As for the area we would definitely not recommended it for families with children as there is hardly anything for them to do apart from a fun fair and a water park in Playa Den Bossa which is about a 25 minute walk from the apartments.
We found one bar there that we found to be child friendly, which provided a good level of entertainment throughout the week.
If wanting to eat out there is J Ds bistro (Joanne and Darren) on Playa Den Bossa beach near the jetty behind the Hotel Algarve it serves a wide variety of home cooked meals to a very high standard. You can also watch sky TV and there is a small play area for children with toys and books would recommend it to any one of any age.
Overall Ok but would not go back and wouldn’t recommend the Mira Mola. Also be prepared to spend a lot of money as we found Ibiza very expensive in comparison to other places we have been to.
