Vicky Hotel

Had two wonderful weeks at the Vicky Apartments. Pat & Mikey and Leo & Audrey made us very welcome and could not have been nicer. Our Thomson rep, Kerry was also very helpful. The Bar was reasonably priced and stayed open as long as required and a supermarket is just around the corner. Must recommend the trip to Market and Mountains, Mr Sogambros has to be seen! I would certainly stay here again.

Firstly how anyone could write a good review about these appartments goes behond me.The previous negative reviews are all correct. Apart from Pat when she could be bothered all the rest of them are rude and yes it is like a curfew you have to be back for no later than 12 o'clock other wise you get the looks. I have never been to appartments so basic as these. NO tv in the room or microwave.The kettle didn't work, one of the beds was broken and creeked it kept me up all holiday and when we told them about it nothing was done to rectify the problem. The drains smell we got one towel once a week and one of them looked like someone had wiped there bottom on it so two of us had to use the one towel for a whole week. After this I will never book with thompson again I cant beleive they would even entertain a hotel like this. Shame on you

My Family and myself have just come back from a 2 week stay @ the Vicky!
Pat & Michael the owners were fantastic hosts and were always their to help and would go out of their to ensure that you were enjoying your holiday.
Apartments were clean and is ideal location to access beach and main square.
I would recommend the Vicky to people of all ages as the resort has facilities for all ages!
The weather was HOT, HOT!! So highly recommend that you get air con, 30euros a week.
Lovely restaurant called 'Stones' which is 2 mins down the road, quite pricey but lovely food!!

Just had a wonderful fortnight staying at the Vicky Apartments in Hanioti. These apartments are owned by a wonderful family who help make your stay in Hanioti very special. The apartments are very clean and roomy and well maintained. Rooms are cleaned on a regular basis and the cleaner deserves special praise for all her hard work. Also a special mention to Kerry the Thomson Rep who was very professional. In other words anyone who goes to the Vicky Apartments will not be disappointed.

Having returned to the Vicky again this year, we cannot thank Pat, Michael, Audrey & Leo enough for yet another wonderful holiday, since we have been going to the Vicky, we have always found the apartment to be bright and airy and immaculately clean, the apartments are idealy situated in a residential area just a short walk from the main square and the beach. The apartments have a lovely bar and pool area where you get to know other guest, over the years we have made some lovely friends who we cannot wait to meet up with again next year.
Anyone looking at booking DO NOT HESITATE, you will have the best of welcome and im sure you will NOT be dissapointed. We were recommended the Vicky by a neighbour many years ago and have returned every since.

had another great hoilday at the vicky (6 YEARS RUNNING) PAT MICHEAL LEO AND AUDREY are lovely people . the rooms are always clean ,great prices for food and drink i should know my husbands loves the bacardi and coke and micheal tequilla sunrise is great . the places is so safe our son can not get lost and can have a bit of freedom round the place and loves the pool. looking forward to going back next year

Have just got back from Vicky Apartments with my family and had an amazing time. The owners were truly lovely and really helpful people. The apartment was large and was very clean which made everyone happy! The whole time we were there there was a great atmosphere and lots to do. Location is fantastic as everything is right on your doorstep which is handy when you need to pop to the supermarket in the morning!
Bad comments about the vicky apartments are pathetic as having stayed in some fantastic hotels and apartments i could still not find one thing to complain about with the vicky!
I would really recommend Staying here if you want a relaxing holiday in a great location with a nice atmosphere. Cant wait to go back again soon! =]

I have just rerurned from my holiday in Hanioti. I stayed in the Vicky Hotel for 14 nights. I have to say it was the best holiday i've ever had. The area is lovely, but what made my holiday complete was the hotel. I have problems getting out and about, so i knew when i booked the holiday that i would have to feel comfortable within the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the sheets and towels were spotless, the prices are very reasonable and the staff made me feel very welcome.
I must admit i was shocked when reading the previous comment made on the website, as i thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my holiday.
I will certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and family, and i will be returning there next year.

we have just come back from hanioti and we think that the vicky apartments were the worst ever apartments that we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at alot as we have been going to hanioti for ten years. the toilet smelt of urine and wasnt cleaned properly. i had to clean the toilet myself!:( the sheets never looked clean and were changed only once because i took them off the bed and put them near the door.also we only got one hard as rock towel each wher normally we have had about five towels in other places.the towels were not changed daily.our shower was broken at first and when we told the owners they said it was the water pressure ,how can a part broke off a shower be the water pressure.:(we are surprised that this hotel passes any proper inspections as if it was in england it would not be allowed to be open as a hotel. also my son dropped a glass which smashed and we cleaned it up as best as we could but they said that the maid would mop the floor. obviously she didnt as my son cut his foot on a bit of the glass. whether its a first . second or a third star hotel cleanliness is very important when on holiday and we will be writing to thomsons with our complaints.thumbs down for the icky vicky.ps pool was the size of a pinhead!:(
