Had a great time, the owners are friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure that we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday
The Vicky is a must for all of those who want a clean environment and a friendly atmosphere without the all night parties, a good choice for couples and families.
Will I visit Vicky Apartments again - most definitely.

Just returned from the Vicky Hotel. What a fantastic time we had. Both the staff and the service were fantastic! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Pat, Mike and Leo were the best hosts, all of our needs were looked after.
Traveling as a party of 11 (including children and an infant) we could not have asked for anything more! We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much to ask!
The best way that I can sum up the Vicky Hotel is that you arrive as a customer but leave as a friend.
Thanks to all the team at the Vicky, you made our holiday one to remeber! And yes, we will be back!

We stayed at the vicky hotel in hanioti greece for 2 weeks.The apartments were spotless the service was excellent and Pat, Micheal and Leo who own the vicky hotel couldnt do enough for us they were fantastic.
The hotel is very family friendly, everybody is on first name terms its great.
Ive seen a report on holiday watchdog regarding room '20' at the vicky hotel so i asked the owners for a look, when i got to the room it was spotless, some people must get a kick out of moaning or trying to get money from the travel company when they get back.
All i can say is the vicky hotel was a pleasure to stay there and we will be going back there.

I can not believe the poor reviews printed about the vicky hotel. the hotel owners were waiting to greet us upon arrival and that warm felt greeting continued throughout the whole of our 2 week stay. the hotel was extremely clean and the owners ( pat, michael, leo and audrey) were very helpful and friendly, not just to us but to all the guests that were there during our stay. in fact we were so inpressed that within 4 days of being back in britain we re-booked the same holiday for may 2009 and look forward to see-ing them all again. the hotel vicky is definatly some where we would recommend to all our friends and family and we thank you deeply for making our holiday as enjoyable and complete as you did. thanks all xx

Having recently spent a 2 week holiday at Vicky Apartments in Hanioti, I am very surprised at certain previous negative reviews.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The owners, Pat, Michael, Audrey and Leo are very welcoming and friendly, they are always around if you want help or have any queries, they speak very good English having spent many years in Australia.
Vicky Hotel is within close proximity to Hanioti Square where most Bars, Taverna's and attractions are situated but it is far enough away not to suffer from any noise from the square.
The accommodation is very clean, towels and bed linen are changed regularly and bins are emptied daily. Lunch time snacks, bar food etc were excellent and reasonably priced, the Tuna Salad/Greek Salad are a MUST.
The Beach is only a short walk away, likewise supermarkets are only a hundred yards from the hotel in either direction. The Hotel pool was excellent, not too big and not too small, the children can enjoy a swim or splash in the pool whilst you laze around on the sun loungers on the sun terrace beside the pool.
The locals are very pleasant, most taverna's have staff that can speak good English so communicating is not a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vicky Hotel, we will not hesitate in returning next year and look forward to meeting up again with Pat, Michael, Audrey and Leo.

Just got back from a lovely week at Vicky apartments with 2 friends. The apartment was nice and big and cleaned daily, the owners of the hotel are lovely and make you feel very welcome. The only complaint I have is that I didn't find the bed very comfortable (although the other 2 girls were fine).
The resort is excellant, good for all ages with a good selection of restaurants, cocktail bars and a great beach.

Having spent the last 20 summers on this type of holiday I have to say that our stay at the Vicky was one of the best experiences we have had anywhere. We loved the bar area with the sun terraces, great places for chatting to the other guests and downing a cold cold beer! Karaoke night was lovely, not too loud, quite a sing song really - but if you want discos etc there are plenty of bars nearby. The rooms are larger than most with a good sized balcony or downstairs patio area onto the garden with big patio doors and are cleaned daily. They are well equipped with a small cooker, plenty of cupboard space and a full sized fridge - very comfortable. I loved sitting listening to some exotic birds warbling away and watching the swallows swooping around the palm trees. The pool area was great fun and again very clean and the garden at the back was pretty and well kept. The location was great, being close to the main supermarket and within a short walk to the main square with its wide variety of tavernas, shops and of course the fantastic Hanioti Beach with views across to Sithonia. The four owners, Pat, Audrey, Mike and Leo were extremely hard working, friendly and helpful especially as my husband was confined to the hotel with an extremely bad back, they couldn’t do enough for us. They got us a great deal on a car hire which we really needed. We spoke to most of the other guests and didn’t hear anything but praise from them, many of whom go back year after year. So we say, ‘If you don’t like the Vicky - you must be very picky!’ ;-)

I have been going to the Vicky Apartments for 14 years and it gets better and better every year.
For a start the rooms are clean and tidy. Yes they aren't the biggest but who goes on holiday to stay in their room?
Michael, Pat, Leo and Audrey are very kind and helpful and will do anything possible to help you.
All i can say is do not listen to the people who have written before me about how bad the apartments are. They don't seem to have a clue about anything they are talking about.
If you want a good holiday visit the Vicky Apartments.

The Vicky apartments were not pleasant. They smelt so badly of mould and damp. They were dark and dingy. We were not happy at all and I would not recommend them to any one.
Hanioti was one of the best places I’ve been, great food and drink. You must try Roma pizza, the Hot Goblin, and the Sunshine Cocktail bar 10 out of 10.
Can’t wait to go back to Hanioti but steer clear of the Vicky.

Hanioti is amazing, the shopping the restaurants and the local people and bars.
You must try the Hot Goblin and the Sunshine Bar, both outstanding.
Vicky apartments were awful, the location was fantastic but the room itself smelt of mould and had mould covering the whole of the bath room ceiling, the smell was terrible.
I would not recommend the Vicky apartments, but I would definitely recommend Hanioti, it’s amazing. We will be going back but not to the Vicky.
