RED FLAG! You will be requested to pay in full for length of stay when you check-in. Do not pay until you see the rooms and all the rules that apply to staying here. You will not get a refund.
Staff basically mocked any complaints we made, as well as those made by other guests.
The accommodations are well below the room price.
We checked out, and staff refused to refund $ we paid at check-in.
They are making $ at expense of dissatisfied customers. I will write the BBB, and Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Very poor! $100 for 3 people! We only wanted to stay 1 night so we paid and told them it was for 3 a little old lady came out with an extra (dirty) towel!
We got up to the room to find really dirty facilities! The door wouldn’t open properly, the toilet was dirty the mattress and pillows were flat as a pancake!
The woman showed us an "idiots" book with a page dedicated to each rule such as if you block the toilet the plunger is outside the back door!
There was building going on next door!
In the end we got a re-fund never to stay there again!

The Sunrise Resort is located on south beach Clearwater it is a family run hotel. The beach is rated as one of the top ten in the USA. The hotel is on two floors all rooms over look the pool each room has a bedroom sitting room with full kitchen a/c, TV and a pull out sofa bed. Pool toys are free to use for children and adults the pool is heated and has piped music all the staff are helpful and friendly. Close by are many restaurants and bars for all tastes shops and malls or you can cook for yourself. The area itself is very family orientated.

One year had 3 different rooms which were cleaned thoroughly and towels were provided fresh every day, the pool was cleaned every morning, and all staff that work there are friendly, the managers are English and lovely.
I think its a very nice motel to stay out, and will be returning next year.
