Booked 3 villas, for entire family. All absolutely wonderful. Clean and plenty of crockery and utensils, washing machine was handy with the children,. The only thing I would change would be to add a dishwasher.
Pool and outside super clean. Need a car though to get into Latchi, Faros and Souli Beach Hotel, great places to eat all family orientated.
Although I would not recommend going in July too hot!

This is the second year running we have holidayed at one of Theo's Villas in Latchi and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cyprus.
However, one or 2 issues let the whole experience down slightly.
Firstly, the air conditioning in the main bedroom was not of good standard, and after it was "serviced,” it was in fact worse!
Secondly, the pool table had to be paid for locally, and once we handed over £20, the boys had one game and that was that! The balls didn’t return from the table as they should have. We brought this to the attention of the owner... £20 for one game of pool? and not a hint of a refund!
Hire car was waiting at the airport for us and was very suitable for the 2 weeks, and at a great price too, and would therefore recommend Fontana car rentals to anyone travelling out there.(that’s a pint you owe me Stathis!)
Lots of great eating places in Latchi... and would suggest Yiangos and Peters, The SeaCrest, Porto Latchi and the Souli(who have a great Cyprus night on Thursdays!)
Still relatively cheap to eat out, but don’t know how the change to the Euro will affect things from next year!
Overall a great holiday, with just a couple of blips.

First visit to Theo's Villas and can assure you it won’t be the last.
The villa itself (lovingly nicknamed Southfork) was absolutely fantastic, with so much room, pool, barbeque area, pool table, spacious fitted kitchen etc, etc. Newly built and in perfect condition.
Hire car was waiting at the airport on our arrival, which was great, and Theo's rep thoughtfully guided us back to Latchi where we were met by Theo and Stathis, with a few drinks!
Nothing was too much trouble, and Theo, Theo Snr and Stathis were on hand, almost 24 hours a day, to right any wrongs!
In recommending Theo's Villas I would also point you in the direction of the fabulous Zouk Bar, where a warm and friendly reception awaits you that is par excellence!
Thank you Theo, we will be seeing you again, sooner rather than later.

This is our sixth year staying in Theos Villas. We are so happy with the accommodation we now stay 2-3 times a year! Very clean and if there is ever a problem it is dealt with straight away.
The owners are very hospitable and family orientated and with 3 small children this is important. Lots of good restaurants/taverns in Polis, especially the Yangtze Chinese Restaurant and Hercules and Iolas Family Tavern where the service and food are extremely good!
One to avoid is Antokariki Restaurant in Polis near the museum, not family friendly and very expensive for indifferent food, also staff quite rude! A lovely place to keep returning to, beaches clean and ideal for families despite not being of the sandy variety at Latchi and glorious weather any time of the year.
If you are looking to get away from it all this is the place to go.

WOW, the villa was perfect - spacious, clean and beautifully situated with views of mountains and sea. Private pool was excellently maintained and proved great fun with kids and adults alike. A dishwasher would have gone down nicely though.
A hire car was provided but there was a hidden excess waver to pay at the airport that cost us £84 Cyprus. The open-top jeep served as a cooler when zooming through the mountains.
Not alot to do in Latchi itself but plenty of places to eat and drink and the Chinese restaurant on the way to Polis is not to be missed. Meal and drinks for 4 cost £50 Cyprus.
All in all a fantastic holiday with glorious weather guaranteed.

Just returned from a holiday at No 2 Villa. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful area with views of the mountains and the sea, although a car is needed to get to nearby Latchi. Latchi itself is fairly quiet but there are some nice restaurants and we had a great afternoon scuba diving from the Latchi Water sport Centre.
The beach is peaceful but very stoney. There is a fair amount of building work going on along the main street, so think it could be a different place in a few years time.
And so to the villa itself - the pool area receives no shade at all until lunch time. This wouldn't be too bad except that there was only one sun parasol which was cemented in and not in a useful place. There were the remains of two other parasols, but these were broken. Plenty of sun beds, but one broken one which should have been thrown away.
There is a drop of about 5 feet (unfenced) from the garden and the small wall at the bottom of the villa - fine for us but small children would have to be supervised. The inside of the villa was fine. Nicely furnished and plenty of kitchen equipment, although a microwave and dishwasher would have been nice. No hanging space in the wardrobes, just shelves and drawer space.
We paid for the air conditioning but didn't have to pay for the pool table.
The surrounding area is very dry. As we were packing to leave a fire started in the brush behind the villa. We rang the fire brigade and eventually had to flee in the car with all of our stuff just thrown into the back. A very dramatic end to the holiday!
