We stayed for 2 weeks at Villa Safran and from the moment we arrived it was 5* luxury.
The accommodation was 1st class - some villas are away in the hills but this one is right in the prime spot just a hundred metres or so from the water. Furnishings were beautiful and the view across the bay is to die for. The management team met us and settled us in and fresh bread arrived each morning making us very lazy. The children loved the pool and our toddler was perfectly safe in the shallow end playing on the steps. We didn’t hire a car and it was an easy stroll into town.
Simply loved Kalkan - the locals were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great restaurants too. We fell in love with Villa Safran and Kalkan and despite saying we are never going back to the same place twice we are already booked for 2006.
