First the staff all of them went out...
9 / 10
May 2006, Miss H  Bennett

First the staff all of them went out of there way to be helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. (Ten out of ten).
Our room in the main part of the hotel was clean it had all the things we needed to make out stay comfy TV shower bath hair drier freezer box cleaned each day and clean sheets three times a week and a phone. (9 out of ten).
We had a good choice of food help your self and as much as you could eat and a good mix each day English and Greek I must give this ten out of ten. The pool was clean and loads of sun beds but the best for us was the gardens out standing. (Ten out of ten).
We used taxis to get about the hotel would call a taxi for you and it was there in a minute or two cheep and helpful.
Just out side the hotel was a small shop which you could get all the things you needed. All in all 9 out of ten.

I felt i had to put this review in....
4 / 10
Jan 2006, Mrs J Gowan

I felt i had to put this review in. When we arrived we thought we staying in the hotel but were shown to an apartment at the bottom of the drive which is on an incline, the apartment was upstairs and very basic but clean. The bathroom was to be desired but towels were changed when left in the bath the next day.
We had a problem with ants in one of the beds, but that was dealt with that day when reported.
Meals were very disappointing, so we paid to eat out alot of the time we were there.
The beach we found to be more than 10mins away and after crossing a very busy road.
Hiring a car for 5 days was a godsend and we were able to explore the very beautiful island.
Staying in the apartment was also very noisy at night, early hours of the morning, so sleeping was not good.
We also asked for a room change which was not forthcoming.
I would go to Rhodes anytime but not back to that Hotel.

Ok just come back from this resort at...
8 / 10
Sep 2005, Miss C Barton

Ok just come back from this resort at the weekend, and my partner and i would definitely recommend this resort there are just one or two things that let the place down....but not everywhere is perfect.
The complex is split up into two...hotel...and studios. If you can ask for a studio they are not an extra cost.
We arrived in the early hours of the morning and got given a room in the hotel which was right next door to the wall of the lift. The lift is ancient old and made such a noise it kept waking us up when it was used. Then the toilet kept refilling itself...which was doubly as annoying.
After reading some reviews on here i was worried what management would say when i told them i wanted to swap rooms....it wasn’t a problem; there was a studio free and my partner and i moved into there.
We are glad we did this, if not for the noise of the lift and the toilet, but because the bar had entertainment, which is obvious. Loud, and if we had stayed in the original room, it would have kept us up when we wanted an early night or something.
So....the food is great...breakfast is beans frankfurter sausage and a variety of egg. Bread cheese, hams, cereal, toast, you cant go wrong. Lunch and dinner are great too. Always a different soup, plenty of salad to choose from. Every night there would be a meat dish a fish dish and a vegetarian option. The staff in the restaurant were great. If you hadn’t brought your drinks in with you from the bar, they would bring the drinks to you.
The bar doesn’t officially open till 5pm so if you are on the all inclusive package you can only have water and draught larger which start at 12..which was a bit annoying...as we have stayed at places where they opened the larger and water from nine. :)
The best way to travel around the island was a taxi. Wherever you want to go they are there within minutes to take you. It cost us 7euros to Rhodes, and 10 to Faliraki. Faliraki by the way is rather timid to what i was expecting, and would advise to go for a night out.
We took one excursion whilst we was there; a boat ride to Lindos....oh my god...it was fantastic....and on the way back you get a chance to swim in the sea....brilliant...highly recommended.
The only other problem we came across on this holiday, which compared to how great the rest was didn’t bother us by the end of the week, was the fact the housekeepers were not the cleanest. Not once was our bedding changed....or did they sweep the bathroom/bedroom floor...or clean the bath area. Also our bath did not drain well, and to have a shower you stood in water up to your ankles. We reported the problem and three days later the guy turned up 'fixed it' and went. It was not fixed.
All in all we would most definitely return to this accommodation again.....the minor problems we had can be forgotten when you are swimming in crystal clear sea....or being entertained by the staff.....

I stayed in this resort for 2 weeks....
3 / 10
Jul 2005, Miss S Broome

I stayed in this resort for 2 weeks. I would never return.
I found the hotel rooms dirty, I don’t think the bedding was changed once during our stay and the floors were disgusting. Do not dare to look under the bed as this has obviously never been cleaned.
Food. I enjoy many types of foods but was very disappointed with the food here. It was very repetitive. The breakfasts were ok as you can not go wrong with bacon, eggs, toast etc but our meal at night time was disgusting. I ate there twice in my first week and then was ill in bed for the whole week. I did not dare eat there again so ended up spending alot of money eating out every night even though we had already paid extra to stay at the resort half board.
Sunbeds are usually an issue where ever you stay but it was a major problem here. If you wanted a bed then you had to get up very early to get one as there were simply not enough for all the guests. The pool was nice and the surrounding gardens but its a shame you couldn’t enjoy it lying on a concrete floor.
The bar staff were very rude. If you are planning on staying at this resort and you are over the age of 30 then you should not have a problem with this. Unfortunately I am 20 years old and i have never experienced age discrimination like i did from the bar staff. Older guests had priority when being served and we were made to wait until everyone else had been served.
The place itself was lovely. Rhodes was stunning and only 10minutes away and in the other direction was Faliraki which was very nice as well. Don’t believe everything you hear as it was nothing like i imagined. The beach was very clean and there was plenty to do.
The location of the hotel was fantastic as we were not far from anywhere. Its just a shame the hotel was a disgrace.
If you have booked to stay here then i pity you and if there is anyway of you cancelling it then i advise you to do so.
