The main point for this hotel and the resort is the views, out of this world. The points against are the mosquitoes forget the environment kill the beggars before they get you. The relative isolation of the resort is a problem, so a car is an advantage. Minor point not a lot to do at night in the way of mass culture entertainment.
Hotel clean staff helpful, food good for a three star. Rooms clean though basic, air condition charge a bit of a bind.
The surrounding area is Calabria Tropea is well worth a visit in fact the whole coast boasts some of the best beaches in the Med.
Highly recommended if you want a relaxing holiday, not the Italian version of Majorca. The area is new to U. K. tourism, be open minded give it a chance, it will reward you.
