This was one of the smallest rooms we've every stayed in, talk about making the most of the broom cupboard! We had a double en-suite room, which was really only the size of a single room. And as for the bathroom, I kid you not when I say you had to back onto the toilet it... more

Really nice hotel and great staff. Located in Kemp Town, about 5 mins from the sea front. The walk back takes a bit longer as it's up hill, Upper Rock Gardens. It looks as if the hotel has been done up reacently. Our family room was fantastic. The room was nice and big,... more
