The Riu Bolero is a lovely hotel however there is plenty of scope for improvement. In particular, there could be clearer directions to the pools and bars and the hotel could be more proactive in placing people who request cots in their rooms on the lower floors. We were on... more

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Riu Bolero in Bulgaria, the hotel has just completed its first year the hotel was only built in June 2005. The standard of the hotel is excellent. I have no complaints at all. The food was always hot and very good quality... more

This is an extremely friendly hotel. The three restaurants were kept exceptionally clean and the food was of superb quality. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only disappointment was that there were no English channels available, which would have been ... more
