We stayed at Emerald Island Resort last april to may. It was fantastic, lovely home, well maintained with decorative touches that were impressive. All decorations were thought of for a home from home feel. Children were catered for too.
Staff were lovely and pleasant. The villa was beautiful, stunning pool and the atmosphere at night was fantastic. Wild life were at the back of our villa,they were no problem as we were very secure.
Very clean,and tidy and the welcome pack provided on arrival was a good idea (tea, coffee, milk, bread etc).
We are going again this year. This villa is a credit to the owner!
Staff were lovely and pleasant. The villa was beautiful, stunning pool and the atmosphere at night was fantastic. Wild life were at the back of our villa,they were no problem as we were very secure.

We've just returned from two fabulous weeks at Emerald Island our first encounter with Orlando4villas, We rented a 7 bedroom 4 1/2 bath villa with pool. The house was everything they promised and then.the entire experience was fantastic.
When you deal with professional, competent, and friendly people, you are sure to come back. And we will be back! Thank you!

Excellent town home (can sleep 8) in a beautiful gated community in Kissimmee. We were only about 4 miles from Disney world. The house was lovely and very comfortable.
<br><br>
The house had a patio area outside, that backed onto some trees and gardens, it was the last of four so had lovely gardens to three sides. A lovely quite home - so tranquil yet it was only minutes to bars, restaurants, shops and the all important Disney (when you have a 6 year old that’s the most important thing!) The master bedroom had a balcony and a large en-suite bathroom a huge bed, built in wardrobe and TV, there was also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, along with another bathroom, all were furnished to a very high standard and were lovely and clean, there was lots of spare towels and linen.

Downstairs there was a lovely living area (huge!) with TV, DVD and Video, a dining area and a lovely kitchen - complete with a fridge that made ice, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, in fact everything you needed and more - even an electric can opener. There was also a laundry room and bathroom. CD players, telephones, clock radio’s and hairdryers completed our home away from home.

Resort was excellent, has tennis courts, kids play area, barbecue area, woodland walk, volley ball court, two pools, two Jacuzzis, a fitness suite, internet cafe, small shop and a bar by one of the pools. As the community is gated we felt really safe. The staff are situated in the clubhouse, and you can go in and see them or even call them from your town home, they can help with tickets for the theme parks, taxis, dinner reservations (they recommended some excellent restaurants to us that were very child friendly) and anything else you may need.

Staff were helpful and very friendly, guard on the gate had fantastic tips on shopping and the best designer label bargains! We had a brilliant time and were so happy and comfortable in the home that we even had a few restful days by the pool and on the patio. Our little one loved it too, we had the best of both worlds really, excitement a short ride away and a nice relaxing atmosphere when we returned or stayed around. Everything was just so much better than we had expected.

Great weather, friendly staff and a wonderful place to stay - self catering was good too, we went before and were so tired of eating out by the end of week 1. We have booked to return at Christmas and again next summer - so what more can I say! <br>

We stayed in a six bedroom executive villa. The quality was outstanding. The complex is gated and guarded and this gives you sound piece of mind, that you and your belongings are safe.
The complex is ideally situated not far from the Disney theme parks and attractions but far enough from any main roads. There are shops a short drive away for convenience.
We had a fantastic holiday. We visited the theme parks and attractions daily, there is so much to do.
Anybody thinking of taking children to Disney, I would advise that they are at least 42" - 44" in height. My little boy (aged 6), only just made the height restrictions. Once a child is this height there is so much more he/she can go on.
I can’t wait to go back to Florida and will definitely consider staying at Emerald Islands again.
Travel City direct were fair to good.
One thing we found out after the holiday was that Dollar Cars charged £58 pounds for the hire of the car seat. We thought this was steep and next time would take our own. Travel City direct didn’t warn us of this expensive outlay!
I also found the staff at Dollar Cars rude and ignorant and after a 9 hour flight with a toddler, was not impressed by their cold reception and unhelpful response!

The clubhouse is Brit friendly with UK newspapers for sale and there is also entertainment some nights.
Emerald Island Resort is also very close to the 192 giving a choice of over twenty restaurants within two miles.
