Staff at the hotel are very friendly & helpful anything you needed or any info they were always on hand. Food was great & plenty of it even on morning of departure a breakfast was left for us.The hotel is just a little way from the slopes but you can get on a lift to take you over to ski school meeting place easier than walking the sking is fantastic geared for everyone.The hotel has a sauna & jacuizi which is great after a hard day on slopes.For the price we paid the Belle Etoile was a great find would reccomend to anyone.

Fantastic hotel. We all had lovely rooms and the food was great - loads of it - just what you want after a hard days snowboarding.



I can see the food choice would be limited if you were vegetarian etc. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.



The Resort is great for all-rounders. We would recommend the Pancake House - the hot wine was lovely. Some of us had lessons but wouldn't recommend them unless you are female.



We would definitely come to this resort and hotel again.

This hotel has a great central location in the resort. Although it is a good half-mile walk to the main lifts not too easy with your ski boots on.



Les Deux Alpes was our first Ski holiday loved the night life although the town is spread out on one street so you can end up walking to get from one place to another.

The hotel was in the process of being renovated when we visited, some of our party got newly decorated rooms which where very nice. Some unfortunately got 1970 horrors to stop in that were very dark and dingy.



The staff are quite friendly helpful. My main concern was the food. It is a choice of 2 main meals each night, which you select the night before. The problem was that the choices were quite limited as in some days all choices were fish not much good if you don’t like fish very much.



Also they have 3 evenings were it is a set menu which is presented to you if you like it or not. You then made to feel guilty for not eating it by the staff even if you tried to reject it before hand. It is not necessarily a problem with the food some of it is actually quite nice I just wish they would have given you more choice.



Over all I would say though this is a nice hotel in a reasonable location and I would visit there again but only if I could be on a bed and breakfast basis.
