The Dream Studios

Everything & everybody here 1st class, fantastic, wonderful, superb. The family were lovely, so friendly and welcoming, kind & caring,treating guests as extended family. The apartments were clean and comfortable and had everything needed. The pool was clear and clean and there were plenty of sunbeds & parasols, it was always quiet and relaxing. Food & bar extremely good. All guests met here had been coming here year after year after year a testimony in itself. I would definitely book in again and hope to be able to.

I am literally just back home (20 minutes) from a fantastic holiday with my family at The Dream Studio's 27 Jul 11 to 04 Jul 11.
I have nothing but praise for Nicos, Costas, Ella, Christoph Snr and not forgetting Christoph Jnr. A lovely family who enhance the stay at The Dream. Nothing is too much trouble for them and Ella is a fantastic cook.
The mid-week Creek Night is completely different from any other we have witnessed, the food was wonderful and the way the whole audience got involved, made for a great night.
Not only do I recommend this holiday to all, but I intend to go back again next year, yes, it really was that good. The studios have everything your heart could desire, and the food is second to none.
Thank you for such a fantastic holiday, can't wait for next year when Christoph Jnr will be toddling about.

Have just returned from The Oniro ( The Dream)for the 4th time, each time it's just got better and better. Feel like we are going home, the family Christos, Ella, Nickos and Costas treat you like royalty and nothing is too much trouble. You are greeted at the gates on your arrival and waved goodbye on your departure.
The Greek night feels like a family party( but don't think you can sit down everybody has to get up and dance, even on the bar!)
We were there with people who had been back 7,8 and even 9 times and have made some great friends who we keep in touch with.
Can't wait for next year!!!

First time i have ever wrote about somewhere i have visited. So hope you bear with me .
Lets start with the accommodation it is like traditional and modern all in one. So you have the best of both worlds..air con sat tv..superb comfortable beds and pillows. You could spend your holiday in the room watching tv,abit like living at home.
The complex is a cross between Venetian Roman and Greek architecture a pleasant and aspiring site. Clean well kempt gardens , a beautiful clean well designed swimming pool and sunbathing area.
The food is excellent and a bargain. The family are very good at what they do and made our holiday special. Just go and see it for yourself! Oniro oniro oh! i wish i was back in zante.

Having just returned to the UK from To Oniro (The Dream), I feel I must add my thoughts and recommendations to this site.
My family and I have just spent 2 idylic weeks in the quiet but beautiful village of Tragaki, with the most wonderful family you would ever want to meet - friendly, welcoming, helpful, entertaining, but most of all, personally caring that you and your family receive the best holiday that they feel you deserve.
This is our 9th visit to this complex of 30 well-kept clean and modern studio apartments (all with air con and satellite tv), with it's manicured gardens, spotlessly clean swimming pool, poolside bar/cafe (which caters for all tastes) - a totally family friendly environment, catering for all those wanting a break from the trials of the rat race and to be spoilt rotten for the duration of their holiday!
You are made to feel part of the family from start to finish, with unlimited help to hire cars, along with recommendations for the best local restaurants, beaches and places to visit.
The weekly Greek night is a must! Local dancers demonstrating the traditional dances of Greece, are complimented by the superb food prepared by Christos, Ella and Anastasia. For 15 euros each, its the best night out (in!) we've had!
Nickos and Costas are fluent in English and are guaranteed to provide the 'light entertainment' to make you laugh and smile on every day of your holiday!
Overall, I cannot recommend a better place for a holiday for those that want to experience the real Greece. To Oniro - The Dream - it say's it all!

Right - first up, is very rare that I rate anywhere a 10 - but the Dream Studios gets just that! My wife and I (both mid 30's) travel extensively internationally and always choose to keep out of the hustle and bustle of 'main resorts'. As per usual we were looking for clean, aesthetically pleasing accom that was quiet, away from the 'standard British crowd', a quiet beach and good local restaurants. Tsivili / Tragaki and The Dream Studios provided just that!

The apartments are located not too far away from Tsivili (€7.0 each way) and a €15-20 taxi from the airport. The Studios have a nice view to the sea and are much quieter than the similar apartments next door. The local beach is within walking distance (5-min) and is very quiet - I counted a max of 50 people at any time with reasonable sunbed hire (€6.0 for 2 / day) and three restaurants (the To Akroyiali was by far the best and well recommended by Nikos from The Dream).
Perhaps read the other reviews on some recommendations re: supermarkets, notes on the beach etc...
Now asides from the above there is one thing that makes The Dream stand out above the rest and that is the proprietors treatment of us when we realised that Airtours had 'stiffed us' (for which my company lawyers are now taking Airtours to court for and I advise everyone to be VERY WARY OF AIRTOURS!!). None-the-less, what could have been a very embarrassing and painful experience was made simple by Nikos and his parents. Customer service and the personal approach are invaluable when anything goes wrong and Nikos and his folks provided that - uncompromisingly and without hesitation! So aside from the above comments that is why The Dream rates a 10 with us. We rarely return to any place twice but are looking to bring my some of my family and their young children here next year for a perfect relaxing and safe beach holiday.

The DREAM by name and yes it was true.
From day one you are made to feel a part of the family.If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place to be.The accomodation is great,the scenery is beautiful and the family are exceptional in making your holiday a Dream,what more can you said!I guarentee you will have one of the best holidays!And say yassououou to the family from me!Yassou Christos-Ella-Nickos-Anastasia and Costas(David Beckham)hehe.The food is excellent and the greek night is a must,you definetly have to go we had the best meal in zante and the dancing was great!

Upon our arrival we were given a friendly greeting by Nikos who is the eldest son of Christos & Ella, he quickly established first name terms for our party of ten. Nikos straight away took us through the well kempt gardens to our apartments which were well presented, spacious,clean and tidy. Our apartment was actually not very far away from the bar! We soon had our first drink and relaxed on the plentiful sunbeds which surround the pool. Although we choose self catering the food which is available is very good so we were able to eat in the bar restaurant we especially enjoyed the english breakfasts which were cooked by Nikos fiancee Anastasia and Ella.
The apartments are located not too far away from Tisiliv and Nikos was very helpful in recommending a local car hire firm from which we were able to hire two car's for some island exploring.
The beach is within walking distance and there are restaurants where we were able to dine on two of our evenings.There is a water park a short drive away which was clean but busy and a go-cart track which was enjoyed by the teenagers .Our son and his girlfriend arrived a day after us and were also given a great welcome from Nikos and his family.
I would like to also thank Nikos's younger brother Costos for looking after us in the bar and wish him well in his national service which starts this winter (Also whom the girls thought was very 'fit').
I would also advise everyone who stays at the dream studios to go to the greek evening where Christos cooks a well catered BBQ whilst the rest of the family mingle with all guests ensuring everyone is having a good time and there is traditional greek dancing which has a brilliant finale!!!'
Finally I have to say that we were all treated ''extemely'' well and feel that we have made friends with Nikos and his family and cannot recommend the dream studios highly enough!!!!
I hope reviewers of these comments will visit and come away feeling the same and maybe even see us there when we visit next summer!!!!CANT WAIT!

Highly recommend. The family were lovely & friendly. The apartments were cleaned everyday & the gardens & pool were well cared for. It was ideal as it wasn't too busy at the pool & easy to get sunbeds everyday. Its a bit out of Tsilivi & you had to get taxi's as it's a bit far to walk but ideal if you want to be away from the busy areas. We would certainly go back to the Dream Studios.

Just got back from the dream studios and just had to add my comments for these apartments - they are absolutly brilliant. The family that own the apartments are the freindliest family you could every meet, they where always asking if everything is ok. They would go out of there way to keep you happy and entertained.
On arriving Nickos (the Son) came out to meet us when we got out of the taxi, took us straight to our rooms, even helping with the luggage, it was like we had been there loads of time and he new us personnally. best welcome i have had at any hotel/apartments.
Once we had settled in we went to the bar area and were introduced to the rest of the family, his father Costas and mother Ella, his wife Anastsia, we meet his brother Costas later on in the afternoon as he worked mainly the night shift behind the bar. Nickos gave us a map of Zante with all the areas to see, but we didn't venture out much just stayed by the pool or went to the local beach.
the only thing i can say is that it was a bit far away from Tsillivi and we had to get a taxi there most nights as we had family staying there, we did walk it a couple of times and it took approx 30 mins, which is ok if its not too hot, and we had a nine year old who doesn't like walking.
As for the apartments they where lovely, cleaned everyday, clean towels every other day. My daughter was very happy as she had a doulbe bed all to herself. the rooms are light and airy, although i recommend you get air conditioning as it can be very hot at night.
The pool area and gardens where spotless and well kept, there was always free beds around the pool, no leaving towels on them to make sure you got one, brilliant.
All in all if you are looking for a nice relaxing holiday, with the option to go into tsillivi for a good night - you have to go to the two brothers bar, they are absolutly crazy- with great company then i would highly recommend these apartments, we will definatly go back.
