We did this hotel at the last minute and I can quite honestly say that I would stay in this hotel again.
Although you either had to walk 10mins into the town or catch the bus (runs every 5 mins), if you were intermediate level there was a chairlift behind the hotel that would take you onto the rest of the mottolino side (red run).
The rooms although quite compact had everything you needed for your stay to be comfortable although if on top floor, good luck as no lift.
Food was freshly cooked and was of a high standard and if you stayed in for the evening they had various board games, which the owners would even join in with if you asked!
In livigno itself Marco Gallis bar is a must, got very intoxicated for a third of what it costs over in the UK!
Amazing slopes and well worth the 5 hours transfer from Bergamo. One tip I would give is that Inghams fly into Innsbruck which is only 3.5 hrs transfer.
We are going back in Jan 2008 and I can’t wait.
