I booked the Hotel for a group of 10 family and friends. The overall look of the Hotel is a little tired and in need of refurbishment, floor tiles cracked and scruffy looking. Bedrooms were spacious but the decor was very 70's, as with the bathrooms. Breakfasts were good and plentiful, evening meals where of a poor standard, lots of fried food.
Staff where friendly especially the Aussie barman. A good location, a short walk to the Hahnenkahm gondola and very close to the town centre. I wouldn't go back, it doesn't quite match its 4* billing
