My husband and our 2 children have stayed at this hotel on numerous occassions over a period of 10 years. Seb and his family have become very good friends of ours and I would never stay anywhere else when in Gumbet. The food is very well priced and the chips are REAL! Only place I have ever found real chips in Gumbet in all the years I have been visiting. If you have any issues, Seb will be only to happy to help.
Hotel is situated in the quieter part of Gumbet but within a few minutes of the first restaurant and within 10 minutes of the bars. Trust me, if you want a clean, quiet, friendly hotel that you would be happy to return to year after year then this is the place.
The only reason we haven't been since 2005 is that we have been visiting different countries but we will be back!

Hey Seb, Antonio, Acho etc.
Yhis is Jojo and Ciaran (we stayed in room 16) reporting back from Belfast to you all about our holiday in Aug 07.
Just thought we would say that we would recommend this hotel to others as we enjoyed it this year in fact we are going back next Aug 08.
Our room had a brilliant view of the pool area which I loved, the people at this hotel are also so nice and friendly so it makes your stay more relaxed and comfortable lol.
The weather is really hot at this time of the year so be careful use plenty of cream and you should be fine lol.
Trips in Turkey r amazing especially the boat trips, there is plenty to do during the day ie jet skiing, mini golf, go-karting and water sports which are found at the beach in Gumbet its brilliant.
Cant wait 2 go back lots of love Jojo and Ciaran from Belfast.

I have stayed at this hotel 7 or 8 times and have always enjoyed it. The hotel is quite near to the main resort so you can eat and be merry (very cheaply) the beach is about 400m away for water sports or you can just relax by the hotel’s pool and soak up the sun (beware it can get very very hot).
Although near to the action it is very quiet at night so you can have a good nights (early mornings) sleep. Whilst you are in turkey I would highly recommend going on a boat trip, a full days excursion with food for about £10 (drinks extra).
Shopping is a bit hassley but a good bargain can be had if you barter to stop the hassle just politely say no thank you. Same goes with restaurants (all are good and clean) best in my opinion is the red dragon.
Back to the hotel; this family run hotel is clean well run staff are very friendly (can’t do enough to help you) food is good, air conditioning is available at a price.
Overall this hotel and resort whether you are young or young at heart will make you want to return again and again.

A nice family hotel. Quietly located, but just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan. It's very cosy and the service is very good. Good breakfasts and wonderfully home cooked meals. The rooms are very clean. The garden and pool are well looked after.
The Tutar family is a wonderful family and they will do just anything to make your stay a pleasant stay. The hotel sometimes arranges trips in the area with their own minibus, which I can recommend.
We've spend 2 weeks in this great complex and we'll certainly come again next year.

My fiancée and I spent a week at the Ali Baba.
We found the accommodation to be clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice as was all the food in the many restaurants in the area.
Beach 5min walk, shops, bars, nightlife- 3min.
Overall we enjoyed our holiday and would recommend it to all ages.
