When we first arrived at our hotel room it was quite clean expect from the blood on the curtains, bubble gum on the bed sheets and condoms under the sofa!! The maids came in every 2 days but never swept any of the floors so when you get out of the shower your feet are black... more

We've just returned from the Waikiki after a 12 night stay and we're exhausted from disturbed sleep. On the plus side, the Waikiki apartments are clean and comfortable and the pool is very good with a shallow kids' section. It has a bar and is private . It's a nice place... more

these apartments are basic but clean, which was fine for us we didnt come on holiday to spend time in the apartment, the towels were changed every other day and the bed linen was changed twice in the week that we stayed there, which was more than some of the better quaility... more

Basic, noisy, uncomfortable from BristolWhites
We have just returned after booking a nice 4* hotel in Cala Vinas. Unfortunately on arrival the hotel was double booked and so we were sent to these appartments and told they were in Palma Nova. They are about 100 yards from the "strip" in Magaluf. Go here if you want to be close to all nightlife and don't care what the accomodation is like so long as you have a place to crash! You have no chance of cooking on the two rings as there is nothing to cook with. You need to be drunk to sleep on the excuse for beds - they are metal... more

Had a great time but these apartments are rather noisy owing to the fact that 70% are 18-30's. First night we had no sleep at all but after complaining to reception this was rectified and things were much quieter. The reception staff were fantastic, nothing was to much for them. The apartments are rather small but very clean with clean sheets twice a week and towels whenever needed. Fantastic location, Palma Nova was on one side and Magalluf the other. i've just returned from staying at the waikiki apartments half board for one week in july. first impressions - not great. the apartments were far from clean, they certainly didnt look as clean and tidy as they do in the pictures however the reception and pool area were clean and pleasing. Booked the Waikiki blind at the last minute through My Travel, all I knew was Palma Nova. As it turns out it is actually in Torrenova, for all the difference it made. Located about forty yards from a great wee bar with a balcony overlooking Palma Nova's three beaches it could not have been better.
