Sal Rossa Apartments
This is the perfect location for families and couples who want the best of both worlds - mornings by the pool and afternoons by the beach. These apartments are close to to all the amenities of Playa d'en Bossa, the waterpark and mini golf courses.

I whent on the 8th August and stayed in room 224, and we had 1 of the best views we looked out on2 the sea its worth goin just 2 look at the big expensive yachts.
It was the BEST time of my life, the apartments were spot on, it was in the perfect place only 3 steps away from the beach and 5 mins from the really good bars. The food was out of the world, really nice and cheap the same with the drinks, my Sex On The Beach lol. The staff made the holiday even better they worked their backsides off and always had a smile on their faces, they always had me laughing even when i was hungover in the mornings lol. If your wanting 2 be by the pool you will have 2 be up quite ealry as the beds go really quick, but its well worth it, the pool is nice and cool (NOT COLD) the perfect temp for them HOT days just 2 go and jump in but once your in its perfect.
The rooms are very clean we got fresh towels every other day aswell as clean sheets, shower curtain, and even a new toilet seat when we arrived. They were always giving us toilet rolls, its the first holiday that we have been on that we havn't had 2 buy any.
There is entertainment on just about every other night although it might not be for everyone, the parrot and reptile show is really good for kids and the hypnotist is a really good family show to watch. There is also a massive TV in the bar area if you want 2 watch sumthink they will put it on for you.
The area is nice aswell we whent around to afew pubs but found them quite expensive, but there is 1 pub you MUST go 2 and thats Big Bens, what a place, outstanding, the staff again really great especially Crystal, entertainment everynight and free shots when you go in.
I read alot of bad reviews about the place and all i can say is they are rubbish, its without a doubt best time of my life.
Im going back either September or October and cant wait. So all i will say is Sal Rossa "HASTA PRONTO". xXx

Stayed here for two weeks with my husband and 13 year old daughter, and had an amazing time. We would give the bar staff 100% (Jordio and Manuel), and the food was also 100%! Where the apartments are situated is everything that you would want in a holiday. Clubs and bars for everyone. Big Ben is fantastic and Bora Bora is great if you feel like partying during the day. We would definitely visit again, and recommend it to everyone. Our 19 year old son is coming over with us next year and is bringing all his friends with him. Hope to see you all out there!! See you next year Jordio! Davey (Skins)

I have just come back from 2 weeks at Sal Rossa with my husband and 2 children, the apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. The bar food was of brilliant value and it tasted good too. We found that it was the cheapest place to eat and we found all the other resturants quite expensive. There was'nt entertainment every night which was a bit of downfall as there was'nt much else for young children to do.
If you want a sunbed round the pool you are best to get there early in the morning as it does get very busy and the beds soon get taken.
The staff at Sal Rossa are very friendly and cannot do enough to help you.
There was alot of single sex groups staying at the apartments and the noise levels was quite high at night and early morning although we did'nt encounter any problems we did speak with people who was having noise problems.
When we book the holiday we was told it was a family resort but we found it was like San Antonia Bay very noisy and very busy with young people. There wasn't much for the young children to do at night and the kids did get fed up.
I would'nt go back to the resort alothough i would recommend it to people that want to party for 2 weeks.
We found eating and drinking in the resort very expensive so choose were you eat very carefully.
The funfair which is accross the road from the apartments was good for the kids and they enjoyed going there. There is also a games park just up from the apartments and that was good value for money because you paid 4 euro for the children to play as long as they like there was soft play area, trampolines, go karts and climbing frames.
The water park is ok if the children are a little older as our children are 2 and 5 and there is not much for them to do.
The overall holiday was brilliant and the apartments are in a stunning location right on the beach it has the best of both pool or beach. We would return if we wanted a holiday on our own but not with the children

Me and my boyfriend booked up for 2 weeks at the sal rossa apartments and we could not wait to go!!! The week before we were due to fly out I decided to read a couple of reviews and I will admit I was worried. My boyfriend had told me to forget about the reviews and said there was no pleaseing some people, so I did.
When we first arrived it was around mid-night and play den bossa was booming, our coach had pulled up on the road side and after collecting our cases the rep told us to walk down the road to the apartments as the street was to narrow for the coach to fit down. We checked in and went up to our room, we were so tired we just got straight into bed. The next day we woke up and looked around the apartment the decor was out dated and it coud of being a lot cleaner. The kitchenett was the worst part with everything a little rusty, the beds however were ok and there were fresh towels which were changed daily. We went down to the pool and I have to say the location is fantastic its right on the beach which I loved. The pool is also fantastic but it can get crowded so be sure to get up early to get a sun bed!! The meals at the bar are ok and I must say are reasonably priced. The only down fall is if you walk 5 mins down the beach you are at bora bora beach party which is brilliant if you like to party, but I know there were a few famillies complaing as there were a few drunk people around at one point! Aslo the sal rossa is set on a busy street and the noise carrys on untill the early hours.
I would not advise famillies to come here its more for young couples and singles. All in all these apartments are ok if all you want to do is party and use them only to sleep in. I proberblys woud not return or reccomend them

Just got back from a surprise holiday to Ibiza, stayed at the Sal Rossa Appartments. Couldnt fault it at all. Right on the beach, cheap drinks and food, clean and well maintained. Handy for the shops and bars. Loved every minute of it and plan to go back in the very near future!!

we have just returned from ibiza, sal rossa appartments and cant wait to go back. The whole complex was absolutely fantastic, very clean, friendly staff, a few yards from a beautiful beach and all local ammenities. The pools are very clean and the food is cheap and very tasty.. The complex is quiet, great for families with small children, the play area is well kept as is the gardens. There is also just down the beach a water taxi to the old town which was great, better than a stuffy bus and also cheap. The old Town is a must to see as is the Fort and the local port area of Enviessa.. The water park was a good day out and just a short walk from the appartments, the food was nice although you were charged once inside for your sunbeds and umbrellas, and although i paid with my visa to get in they would only accept cash inside. But in all a good day out, the local resteraunts were friendly and inviting. The local bull bar with mini golf was great, with ten pin bowling and tramperlines and good family fun. Also only ten mins from the airport, some planes do fly overhead during the day, but are gone in seconds, didnt put us off, my whole family loved it, hope you do too...

Pleasantly surprised, not a very big complex by any means but very friendly and very helpful.Apartments were fab, air conditioning is a must realy otherwise you will be kept awake from the residents in the jet apartments if you are facing them with windows open,10 out 10 for location to the beach, literaly 3 steps from pool area(which is quite small) and you are on the beach.Sunbeds are available on the beach but are quite expensive, bora bora beach bar just down the way but theres no bother from there, its a pleasant wlak from one end of the beach to the other. We found a good bar to the left of sal rossa as you go onto the beach, with bogof drinks the sangria here is a must.
The entertainment was good and the food at sal rossa was excellent the number 11 on the menu will keep you going all day!! On the hole a good holiday but I would say playa d`en bossa itself is more for the younger generation it comes awake at night like most of the people.

Sal Rossa is a fantastic place to stay in Ibiza, the location is great, just a few steps onto a beautiful sandy beach.
The apartments are very clean and the staff are great, they always have time for you. The food in the hotel is cheap and very good value for money. Myself and my family came to these apartments 6 years ago and the only thing we feel that is missing is a TV in the room, as if the weather turns there isn't a lot to do with the children, as it did when we were there.
There is a large screen with sky in the bar area but it always seemed to have sport on. Also beware that if you have a room at the side of the Tur Palas next door they don't seem to go to bed at night and they kept us awake for quite a few nights, although the kids slept through it.
Don't be put off by this I just want to be truthful, we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning soon.

A massive downer when given the key to our desperately poor room, 10 days suddenly looked daunting. My sons a chef and was horrified when the chopping board had as much activity on it as the Bora Bora beach.
The maids were very good, and rooms cleaned well, but cupboards and drawers sadly overlooked. A refurb of these rooms is in urgent need, felt like id returned to the 1960s.
If you are going for the beach only then you won’t be disappointed, for everything else you will be. Stayed away from the poolside the whole ten days as the waft of beans and chips were cloying in the air.
Oh and as for the My Travel rep, where were you when we were ready to leave???
Told by the bar staff you have to catch the bus on the road! Like we know where to go and stand... felt like we were totally forgotten about and left stranded. Managed to flag the bus down but only just. Relieved to get to the airport and away from here.
Will always return to Ibiza, but Sal Rossa, sadly not.

Fantastic location, right on the beach and near all the shops, bars, and restaurants.
Rooms basic, but clean. Pool area very crowded with sunbeds touching each other, better on the beach even though you then have to pay for them.
Also, they allow people to go down and reserve their sunbeds with their towels, very frustrating as many beds are not used until after lunch but have towels on them since 9.00 a.m. They should stop this practice.

Very, very poor, the worst place we have ever stayed. It is not a 3 star as indicated. When we arrived it displays a 1 key rating which is very misleading indeed.
The apartments are clean but extremely basic. In 2 weeks they had 2 nights of entertainment. It is located about 2 mins from one night club and 10 mins from another so all the late night revelers are passing by making it extremely unsafe for children.
There are far too many people and far too much traffic. The resort is not child friendly and not for families, only for clubbers. 0/10. We will not return to Ibiza.

Me, my wife and two children Jack (12) and Natalie (7) have just had the best family holiday you could wish for.
The location of the Sal Rossa is perfect to get to any location on the island, although the pool looks small it never gets over crowded as just the other side is a beautiful sandy beach and warm sea.
The apartments I thought were quite spacious although I would advise you get a room with air conditioning, we hired a fan and that seemed to cool us down at night. Expect noise from aircraft because you are close to the airport, but the kids slept fine and after a few of Jordis’ shots so did I!
I found eating and drinking out reasonable 30 EUROS a day will see a good breakfast evening meal and drinks with the meals, which is not bad as you get very good portions.
I would recommend the sports bar and for very good English food, Mike’s Kitchen is about thirty minutes walk through town. Overall I would strongly recommend these apartments to all as this was without doubt, the best holiday I have had and will certainly be going back.
