A big thank you to all the staff at the Marsol, returned again this year and not disappointed. Had a very relaxing holiday with the lovely staff who couldn't do enough to make this such a happy time. Will be back next year.

Although the Marsol is a bit basic, it is very clean and the owner and all the staff are very helpful and very friendly. The Marsol is in a fantastic location for the beach and all other amenities.
The food is of a very good standard and a very reasonable price. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and will be going back again. The walks along the promenade are great during the day or night and the choice of local eateries are good.
Mel’s Bar, The Four Pines and Marriners are good, all with the great views of the beach and La Siesta at the top of the resort.

Although Santa Eulalia is a lovely quiet area of Ibiza, it is more for the older or family holidaymakers. Partygoers need not apply! We went as I am pregnant with twins and have been to Ibiza before (San Antonio), so knew what to expect. Santa Eulalia is a good place to stay if you are thinking of hiring a car, as it almost of equal distance from the other three main resorts ( Ibiza town, Portinax and San Antonio), so getting around is relatively easy. Just beware of the other drivers! Most locals don’t think twice about bumping other cars when trying to get into/out of parking spaces etc...
The Marsol Apartments in which we stayed were self catering. Very basic but clean. The apartments have their own beachside terrace on which they serve food and drinks and which is relaxed and open to anyone strolling along the beach. We had no problems with 'noisy neighbours' and the apartment was just big enough for the two of us. We were also lucky enough to have a balcony looking out over the beach. There were plenty of supermarkets within a 3 minute walk of the apartments which was also very handy. On an evening, I would recommend a stroll along the promenade where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, offering a wide range of different cuisines, from Spanish to Chinese.
All in all, we enjoyed our last holiday with out any children, and would be happy to return with them again in the future.
