Dar Al Masyaf at Madinat Jumeirah

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July and found it truly amazing. It is part of the Madinet Jumeirah complex.
The rooms are based in summer house complexes. Each block of 4 has it's own pool and each summerhouse has approx 12 rooms.
The rooms are fantastic. Our room had 2 large double beds, a large seating area with comfy sofas, a table, television and a wonderful terrace with furniture which overlooks the waterways of the complex.
The attention to details in the rooms are spectacular and the service from your butlers is second to none. Your every whim is catered for. We sat in the courtyard of our summer house on evening and wanted a drink and the butler ordered our drinks from the main bar in the hotel and had it delivered to us.
There is also a complimentary cocktail hour in the summerhouse reception in the early evening which is fantastic.
Then to the bathrooms. I left this till last because it really is the most fantastic part of the summerhouses. There really is only one word to describe them, luxurious. They are HUGE. There is a large walk in area which has 2 sinks and the massive bath.
Then there is a large walk in shower and the toilet in a separate room in the bathroom. A small seating area adds to the bathroom. Beautiful. I've never been in a hotel bathroom like this.
You must stay at this hotel. It's very peaceful, luxurious and just fantastic. I cannot fault it. While you are here pay a visit to the Spa. Well worth the money which wasn't that much.
