Golden Port Salou is the best hotel me and my cousins have ever stayed in! On arriving to the hotel we had no problems straight to the room which was very clean on 4th floor with a nice pool view. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff who are always willing to help... more

Good Points - Friday night dinner very nice with excellent choice. 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. Had a nice big room. Thompson holiday reps excellent. Israel, Guisseppi and Isa the entertainment team. Quick transfer to hotel. Spa excellent. Bad points - Everything... more

Good points re the hotel: Kettle in room so you can make your own cups of tea/coffee,Free Fridge,Food excellent and hotel very clean. 10 minute walk from centre of Salou. Can get 2 English channels on TV - BBC World and ITV 1 (its the Midlands service they have). Pool... more

This was a pleasent place to stay. Endless amounts of food at the buffet, rooms cleaned daily if you wanted and close enough to the beach and night life without it being overly noisy/crowded. HOWEVER, we did find the reception staff (and some others) very rude, with no need... more
