Please accept our sincere apologies with regards to your stay with us, we take your comments seriously and would like to advise you that the Festival village for summer 2010 is undergoing a facelift and other changes. The whole buildings will have extensive maintenance, clean and painted. Due to offering all inclusive this summer all apartments will be cleaned daily. We understand the Festival is in the resort of Cap Salou outside main Salou, however the resort does have several shops, bar and restaurants with a small coved beach, we will also be operating a free shuttle service to the beach and town for this summer. The festival has a fantastic transport link right outside and even though it is a good 40 min walk to salou it is only a 10 min walk to the resort of la pineda where the water park is located. Thank you once again for your feedback and apologies the management was sarcastic, changes in management have also been made for summer 2010

DONT pay any attention to the bad reviews. This hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, the entertainment is great. We didn't eat there as we ate at the local restaurents but did come back in the evening for the entertainment. The pool is great and the kids loved it.... more

Firstly I would like to take the opportunity in apologising for no one responding to your complaint earlier. I understand we are now in 2010 and nothing can compensate for your experience, I cannot comment on your experience as was not in the property during 2008. We stayed here as a family of 4. Two adults, and two children (11/16). Upon arrival late afternoon, we were greeted by the very friendly staff (management), and were swiftly checked in. We booked as self catering, but were given the option to upgrade. This probably works... more
