These are apartments are truely awful unless you like taking your holiday in a transport cafe next to the A1. The pool area is too small there are too many sunbeds if you want one you need to be up at 7:30am and the problem is made worse by people not staying at the apartments using the pool. The staff are awful one guest was refused a replacement toilet roll and had to go out and buy there own.
The bedding is old and worn and the rooms/building have a run down/dirty feel. Without doubt this is the worst holiday I have had for years thanks to Thomsons misleading me

me and my husband stayed here in may for 2 weeks it is a lovely frendly place to stay the staff are A1 and nothing is a problem.the beach is about 5mins walk away and although pebbly sitting on the sand is not a problem but you do need beach shoes.
the supermarkets are plentiful as are restarants and bars loads of internet cafe's and a games bar facing owned by the same people.the buses run every 30mins both ways plenty of places to visit they are all air conditioned you get the tickets from reception about 5euros return to rethymnon for a couple the bus stop is right out side the gate to the left.there is a bakery shop right facing with all fresh goodies inc pasties and pizza.The rooms are very clean there is a kettle microwave and toaster in the room.the bar entertainment is good. I dont go the same place twice but here i would make an exception 10/10

the best place for families the only problem is the main road outside ... which cannot be helped!!

Everything we wanted from a holiday. Friendly owners and staff,plenty to do at night,something was organised every night and was a real laugh!. Sad to leave!

Hi I have been reading the reviews and I do not think that people have made them sound nice enough!
The Christina Studios are very clean and the the staff are friendly, the pool is clean as they clean it often which is good!
They have a little kids pool and I thought that was very good as the little ones can have their own pool and the parents have no need to worry about their children and can have a good time them self while they chill by the pool with the great atmosphere and lovely staff!
If you want to go into town just ask Christina and she will give you a map and even order a taxi for you, the location of the studios is a great place as there are shops near by and a line of restaurants that you can choose from.
You may feel you do not even need to leave the studios as they do bingo, a bbq and also greek dancing!
Sue and Bob the cooks are great you will not feel homesick as they do english food and also greek food, they are english and very friendly!
Costa and Nikos are lovely people they make the holiday great, they are always smiling and if you are landing in Greece late then do not worry they will wait up in the studios for you and will carry your bags up to your room!! Me and my family went into the room and found the room spotless and even a little sweet on the bed pillow!
So if you are looking for a good holiday then book now! A winner of five gold awards, go guys!

Top holiday! The owners Kostas and Nikos were absolutely fantastic as were the other staff! The rooms were fantastic! Very comfortable and very suitable for families. The bar area has a great atmosphere and we found ourselves there every night having a great laugh and Yamas time with all the staff.
The pool area is fantastic for the kids and us adults! They have a new net cafe across from the apartments which has a pool table, air hockey, and a childrens play area, they also do snacks and cocktails!! They have a BBQ night with greek dancers, Karaoke nights twice a week and bingo every Monday.
You can buy bus tickets from the reception which are one euro twenty, babies are free! The bus stop is opposite the bakery a few seconds down the road. There are lots of bars and tavernas near by which are fantastic! but the best ones are Neighbours where the staff are really friendly and The White Lady where they have Karaoke, belly dancers and a good Sunday roast if you desire.
The restaurants are very friendly and will do kids meals and cocktails! There are local shops and supermarkets and a medical centre and pharmacy within walking distance. My family and I (two children 5 & 8 and fiancée) stayed for a week at the Christina apartments.
Very clean, two large rooms with air conditioning, the kitchen area was that clean everything looked brand new! Linen changed 4 times in 7 days.
The two brothers who own the apartments (Nikos and Costas) work behind the bar and all the rest of the family help out to give that special family touch. After one day everyone remembered mine and my fiancées names, even gave us our first drinks on the house.
The pool is clinically clean and just the right size, one reassuring point is there were only two exits from the complex, one gated and always closed and the other a narrow exit right near the bar so the barman can see if the kids are attempting to escape for it.
The BBQ night is really good food (cooked by Costas and Nikos' mamma!) with Greek dancing were everyone joins in. The bar stays open late every night but the double glazing is that good that we never heard the music in bed.
Lovely restaurants at a stone’s throw and very friendly Greek people everywhere (no blasting discos!!)
Rethymnon town is nice but the restaurant owners are a bit in your face for custom (though still friendly).
All in all would visit the same apartments again and would recommend the resort to anyone. The whole area was spotlessly clean not a scrap of litter and the people really like the British.

I stayed in the Christina studios in July 17th until July 24th it was the best holiday I could ever wish for.
Nikos it a great person he is always laughing and smiling and making sure you are having fun ! The views from your room are fantastic ! I would recommend it to any age group !
It was also my sister’s birthday while we were away and the Christina studios gave my sister a b-day card ! Sue and bob are also great cooks ! Thank you for a great holiday ! I will be their again soon ! Thank you ! The Miller family.

Our holiday was wonderful, I stayed in the Christina apartments from the 10th of August until the 24th with my parents and a friend. The apartments put on entertainment nights, where everybody could get involved in creation dancing, there is a BBQ night which also caters for vegetarians and all sorts of quizzes and raffles as well as bingo.
The bar men are some of the nicest people you can wish to meet, considering that the Christina apartments are family orientated Nikos gave us somewhat star treatment when he recommended that me, Lindsey, and two other friends we made on the holiday, nick and Colin, who are all 17 and looking for somewhere to dance, could go to a bar he knew which was a taxi ride away.
Nikos then came down to the bar at 3am to check we were all ok and enjoying ourselves, he also organised for the bar manager at this other bar to look after us for the night. I consider all these things exceptional and would recommend the stay to anyone who asks.

The Christina apt are fantastic, its run by kostas and nikos who are both lovely there is also the two Christina’s 1 who is English very helpful when you need info and they are both great. Studios are so clean, everything that you need no complaints. Location is great lots of shops and beach 2mins away but better beach in centre of Rethymnon which is 15mins on bus. Spent most evenings at Christina’s because quite simply it was the best place to be. Booking for next year.
