This was our second visit to wow as it was so fantastic the last time and yet again we had such a fantastic time the food is out of this world with so much coice the rooms are very cleen and you get fresh towels every day and as it was our second visit when we arrived in our room we had a bottle of wine and some free chocies which i thought was a nice touch the only negative i would say is as its such a large hotel your room might be a bit of a walk from the pool and restaronts but when booking your holiday you can reques to be close

just returned from wow bodrum resort it a great hotel but we found the only problem we had was that our room only got hoovered twice it only got hoovered the second time because we conplained on a questionaire we fill in 2 days before we went home the only things that the cleaner did was tidy bed .empty bins and give us clean towels even though they told him the next day he did hoover but still did not do any dusting at all in all the 10 days that we were there it a shame that it a lovely hotel and that if something does not get done this could drop the standerd of this hotel also we have been to turkey about 4 times in different areas and the other places had a children area in the resturant for them to eat rubbist like burgers chicken nuggets and chips and bean and hotdogs which all the kids loved we heard some parents saying that there was not a enough choice to choose from

We have just returned from the WOW resort in Gumbet. There were 12 of us 'ladies of a certain age' and we had a really good time.
The hotel is lovely, clean, not a scrap of rubbish anywhere. All the staff were so friendly and very helpful.
The food was plentiful, lots of choice, if you went hungry, that would have been your own fault. One night we ate in the Italian and on another night, the Turkish restaurant, they made us so welcome, all on the same complex.
The only disappointment was the evening entertainment really, although we tended to make our own as a large group, one night they had a band and everybody got up dancing and having lots of fun but the other nights were very poor reaally.
Overall good value for money

We've just booked our holiday for the 4th time to go back to WOW because we couldn't find anywhere better. It's beautiful views and entertaining nightlife kept our 2 week holidays as good as they can get. I can't wait to go back!

Let me start off by saying how fantasic the Animation Team were. I've never met people so happy and willing to have a chat with you. They always put a smile on your face. The hotel is only 11 years old but i'm afraid because of decor looks like a 20 year old B&B. Carpet was dirty, cupboards scratched etc. The food for a 5* was ridiculous. Dried up chicken, rice, fish nearly every day. Before we went, we read reviews and people had nothing bad to say about this hotel, but in my opinion it's VERY overrated. The vodka in the pool bar and windmill bar is watered down. I had 7 vodkas and wasn't even tipsy. The main lobby bar serves the good stuff! The pool was very clean. Entertainment was pretty decent apart from the live music. That was a joke. The entire family have suffered vomiting and bd stomachs during the holiday and all we ate was hotel food. We won't be returning.

My husband and I could not believe our luck when we stayed at the WOW Bodrum, what an amazing place. The food was spectacular, the complex was incredible and the staff could not have been friendlier. It was the first holiday that we have had that we can safely say we did not want to end.We would definitely go back .
Thank you WOW Bodrum Resorts

We got back from Wow Bodrum 2 days ago had a fantastic time, the beachsports guys are the best especially with the kids, better than the kids club, which was my only bug bare, they were miserable every day kids didnt want to go in. they never smiled, the only entertainment at night for children, my kids are 4 and 8, was a half hour disco whcih was very boring. I would not return to hotel purely because fo the lack of entheusiasm for the kids. The foods and everything elso was superb,

16 of us went to wow bodrum last week and had a fab time, apart from the kids club very dissapointing always miserable, no entheusiasm at all. The only entertainment at night was a mini disco 9 till 930. What a flob put me off this hotel completely which is a shame as it was fantanstic. Especially the watersports team on the far end of beach they were great with the kids better than kids club, would love to be back there

We have returned today from WOW Bodrum. With all the great reviews we had read we had been looking forward to this holiday and we feel so let down. The hotel when it was built must have been fantastic but now it was dirty and tired looking with cracked tiles and chipped steps. The food was ok but lacked any imagination and was often cold. Our room was small and the outside table and chairs were only cleaned twice in the week we were there. The mini bar was not always replenished and the hotel customer service was a total waste of time. The wall light in the room fell off the wall twice within 5 days leaving bare electrical wires over our daughters bed.
There were not many british at the hotel and we all seemed to be placed in rooms at the outskirts of the accommodation areas - to be honest we felt that we were treated like second class citizens - the hotel staff just didn't want to know about any problems.
The pools are great and clean but the sunbeds were grubby and worn. To get a sunbed by the pool we had to set our alarm for 7.30 every morning - on our last day we got the last ones at that time!
The bar and resturant staff were helpful and friendly but we saw that once you left your table instead of replacing the top tablecloth as I had always had in past holidays they were turned over so any marks or stains didn't show at first glance. Four days into the holiday the material napkins disappeared unless you asked for them and even then if you did not state how many they would initially bring you 1 only.
I would certainly not class this as any thing more than a 3 star hotel for service - I do reaslise that the star rating is for facilities not service and that really showed. This is by comparison to other hotels we have stayed in.
It is not cheap and if you are considering going there i would advise DON'T!!!

Yet again fab time at the WOW Hotel Gumbet. The staff have become real friends of ours.We experienced a little rain in our first week which was unusual but didn`t stop our enjoyment. All our friends returned making our trip even better. We had a lovely room over looking the sea. We have booked again for 2012 which will be our 5th time, that is our confidence in the Management and staff to provide a memorable Holiday.
Regards
Mr&Mrs M C Godfrey.
