the worst "4" star I have ever seen, dirty, cluttered (i.e cardboard boxes with misc.junk in main lobby, wash basin of cleaning crew in front of reception desk...) holes in linen, ungroomed staff and owner, and I could go on ...they must have bought what was a four stars at... more
